My wife and I decided to celebrate our birthdays and anniversary here and glad we did. The food was great. Service was even better. Very nice friendly folks from ballet, check in, server and manager. Alison, our server was very attentive, sweet and prompt. The atmosphere and view was nice. We had Spinach Artichoke dip for our appetizer. Then salads, Hawaiian NY strip medallions pineapple ginger marinated | mango sticky rice | soy glaze | fruit salsa. They also served bread with it and finished it off with a great creme brulee. Allison even brought it out with candles in it for our birthday. Nice touch. We were very pleased with our experience here.

Chart House made Mother's Day this year extra special for my mother and I. The food hit all the marks, perfectly cooked scallops! Gerry is a magic worker! He is extremely knowledgeable about what it takes to give the highest standard of service. His time management skills are impeccable. Overall, my mother was highly impressed and we enjoyed EVERY part of our meal. The ambiance, the aesthethic the cheerful staff, everyone played a great role this Mother's Day. Thank you so much for all your great work!!

The quality and freshness of the food is top notch. There aren’t too many restaurants in the state of Florida that are comparable to the restaurants in the tri state area. Definitely a place to visit regularly.

Not a fan of the Mothers Day menu. Food was just ok. Not one of my favorite Chart House experiences. Waiter was great though! No complaints there! Brandon was wonderful!

Mothers Day mid afternoon Party of four Valet - good Wait time - good. Arrived ten minutes B4 reservation, seated promptly Table - very - good, table was very nice, window seat Bar service - good Service - good to poor, very slow. Kitchen seemed to be Backed up. Inadequate staffing. Food - good, but lack luster presentation, practically no garnish and very slow. Prime Rib sat under the heating lamp waaay too long, dried top surface however the interior was perfect Staff - not enough smiling and over heard complaints. Inadequate staffing Ambiance -poor, no ambient music Not as great as it was in the 2000s.

Excellent visit to the Chart House. Great location on the water and awesome views. Service was spectacular and the entire meal was outstanding. Will definitely dine here again.

Attended Mother's Day brunch and was seated outside (as requested) - food was good, but courses took VERY long to get to table - between appetizer and main meal was 50 minutes to be served - 3 hour brunch - key lime pie was fantastic

Vegetables were raw, not even slightly cooked. My sea bass was also very rare. Couldn’t eat half of it. Meal took over two hours-we waited over an hour for the appetizer. Expectations weren’t high for brunch like this but I had to stop at Burger King on way home after spending $150.

Went here on Mother’s Day weekend. The baked stuffed shrimp and lobster bisque was incredible! I highly recommend this place!

We celebrated my wife's birthday with our son and his GF Sunday night. It is a beautiful location on the intracoastal waterway. Three of us had a grouper entree, I had the Key West version. My son and his GF shared a Coconut Shrimp appetizer and Key Lime pie (it's huge and enough for two!) and my wife and I shared a chopped salad and separate creme brulee desserts. All the food was delicious.

Everyone in our party of 8 had a great meal. The atmosphere was good with great views and the service was impeccable. This is one of only a few places locally that is truly an upgrade and suitable for special celebratory meals. As usual, we had a great experience.

It was my mom’s 83rd we took her to dinner and all I can say is WOW!! Food was delicious ambience was on point our server Zeke was very friendly . He was attentive and he kept us entertained . We had a great view.. I would recommend this place to my friends and family if they are ever in the Melbourne area

Service and food were awesome. They took the greatest salad bar in the history of restaurants down during Covid and still refuse to replace it. It’s crazy. Please give us the salad bar back!

Tremendous service and beautiful view! Experience was wrecked by the awful “valet” parking. Someone who was not wearing a valet shirt knocked aggressively on my window, asking if we wanted valet. I planned to self park. He followed me through the lot (past the cones set for valet to the farthest portion of the lot) to make sure I got to the self park area. He harassed me on the way back, explaining the service was complimentary but they work for tips. Terrible.

I made reservations a couple weeks out for my birthday.Friday 5:00 pm. When we were eventually seated , I wasn’t acknowledged for why we made the dinner reservations. Just given a card. Also, we were seated in the middle of the restaurant, when I had requested a window seat. Our waitress, just acknowledge the card. And that was about it… About the food, not what you expect at a Chart House….and not one person asked how our dinner was? Very bland and average! Lastly, just to sum up dessert. You don’t burn the top of crème brûlée. It’s supposed to be a deep caramel color, not black.

My husband and I had a really great night at Chart House. We love the more casual beach scene, but Chart House in Melbourne is the perfect place to dress a little nicer and feel well-taken care of on a date night. We watched a pod of dolphins playing in the water, just outside the window as we ate delicious salads and steaks. We’ll be back!

Food was good. For appetizers we ordered the tuna crispy rice and the coconut shrimp. The coconut shrimp had a good flavor but the breading had a slightly stale texture to it however the sauces paired were phenomenal. The crispy rice was good but between the wasabi and the massive chunk of jalapeño it was a little too spicy. For the entree we ordered the roasted chicken and the NY strip. The Steak was a 10/10. It was perfectly seasoned and very tender, the mashed potatoes paired with it were okay, just a little bland. The roasted chicken however was slightly dry lacked seasoning. There was a pool or what seemed to be chicken broth at the bottom of the plate that served no purpose and just tasted like unsalted chicken water that the potatoes were sitting in. For a side I ordered the mushrooms, good flavor but again…lacked salt. By far the best thing we ordered was the lava cake and the non alcoholic drinks. The lava cake was decadent and had a perfect molten core and was truly a 100/10. With beautiful views of the river and a classy atmosphere it truly isn’t a bad fine dining option for good food and drinks you just might be indulging in the salt shaker for some of the dishes.

Service and food started as excellent. Friendly waitress, amazing view from our table. Appetizer and meal portions were delicious and the portions were substantial for the price. The drinks were just so-so. No water refills. Everything went downhill once the meal was complete. We ordered the lava cake prior to the meal. It still took 45 minutes to receive the dessert and our waitress had ghosted us so there was no communication why there was a delay. I would have cancelled the order and requested the check. I was ready to get up and get assist from the hostess when the lava cake was brought to the table. It was not worth the wait. And despite apologies, it was not removed from the bill. Sad way to end an otherwise perfect dining experience.

Not a fan of the Sunday menu for lunch. Not sure why they can’t have a non breakfast menu. And serve a menu like the holiday menu.
