    Service was excellent, food was good, but the prices were a bit steep. I used the rest room twice and both times there was no soap, even after I told them the first time that the soap was out. This kind of concerned me knowing employees use the rest rooms and there was no soap for them to use.

    Our date was phenomenal! the server J5 was the best, he had great recs and I’m glad we followed along! We got the new app that is the shaved steak with fig and goat cheese and I would go back JUST FOR THAT! The drinks and the entire meal and the service was outstanding

    Our server was attentive and friendly. The tomato salad and grilled grouper were delicious. The chocolate lava cake was a yummy end to the evening.

    We love the Chart House, but this visit was not as good as normal. Our favorite item there is the lava cake which was a total fail. It is either a new cake or it was just very overcooked. There was no lava. It tasted more like a cake you would get at a standard chain restaurant. I do rate restaurants on dessert and this was a big disappointment. Otherwise the food was good as was the service. We will go again and hopefully the Lava cake will be like it has always been.

    J5 was the best server. Will forever choose this restaurant when visiting thanks to him. From the service, to the food suggestions and explanations. He really made us feel welcomed and helped us pick entrees. 10/10 food and service. We will be back .

    Server was pretty good. Felt rushed most of the time. He was overworked for sure as he told us he made our salads and drinks because they were short staffed. Table was not great for 6. 3 chairs sat on air conditioning vent which by end of the night also made the section freezing, table had a middle piece that hung down that made impossible to sit in the area. Overall pretty disappointed. Will definitely come back when we visit again but was not up to Chart House standard they have set.

    A mixed bag! Entrees: Salmon was very good, Prime Rib was good. The salmon portion and some accompaniments/sides were significantly smaller than their past offerings, (oh well, shrinkflation!). The Caesar salad was disappointing, (flat, dark and not a trace of shaved parmesan). Andrea was otherwise pleasant and attentive but forgot the lava cake, and then flat out lied when we asked, (saying that she didn't offer it because they were out of them). This location usually has good food, but so often has horrible service. I've updated this review (the first version was kinder but I held back giving them a chance to respond to my review, message AND email). As usual, they've completely ignored me. Management at this location has always been horrible.

    The service was extremely slow got to the restaurant at 7 o’clock reservation at seven got seated at 7:10 and didn’t leave till five minutes after 10 almost 3 hours at the table for just a regular dinner and dessert will not be going back
