Had reservations for 5:30, weren't seated until close to 6. By 6:05 only had water on the table. Ended up finishing close to 2 hours later, without having dessert. Many other tables in the same predicament. No sense of urgency on the part of the hostesses or managers; they just kind of shrugged and said they were trying to figure out where to seat people and it's like that all the time. I don't understand how that is possible, when you are a restaurant that has been in business for a long time, how can you not have that planned out ahead of time?? Will be a long time if at all before they have our business again and even then I wouldn't go with a large group, as they are not equipped to handle it. Server overall did a good job in a stressful situation.

Food was average. Did not have Drambuie for drinks. This was the 2nd time in a month of going there. It was our 50th Anniversary and they never mentioned it, even after we made them aware of it on open table and in person. Sorry to say this establishment has gone down hill the last few years.

It was my wife’s birthday. The food and the service was wonderful. We sat at the windows and the view was perfect. Thank you Chart House.

We asked for a window seat and did not get one shortly after sitting down a table cleared and no one offered to move us to the window seat. Other people were moved to window seats while the service is good. It is not five stars. The food was excellent although some of the food on my plate was cool which is unacceptable.

We dined with our seniors and I would have liked better accommodations for there walkers to be closer to them and not upstairs. We also needed more spacing at our table, the table and location was perfect but we were so tightly sat together which was not comfortable. Would have liked better accommodations with more room for a big party. The server did an amazing job , she was great I give her 10 plus stars.

The best server! The spinach salad is so delicious! Suggestion Wish you offered a smaller portion so I could add with seafood entree. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

I don't know if the server had too many tables by herself, but she just seemed behind. Food came in a timely manner but it took a while to get my wine and my husband's iced tea. Plus it didn't seem like she was paying attention when she took our order, Seemed like she was trying to hurry and I remember looking at her when I ordered and she was looking behind me… Just didn't feel like she was present so to speak. Nice enough but just seemed distracted. When we asked her what the dessert options were she brought us the book instead. A previous time we were there the young man that waited on us told us what the desserts were, we didn't expect him to tell us about the dessert drinks just the edibles. Again just got a vibe that she wasn't in the mood to tell us what the desserts were.
