    The soup in the $55 course was too salty, and the prime rib was not good, so I left it all. The male staff member with glasses spilled wine while pouring it and served water rudely.

    We had a delicious lunch outside! My friend had iced tea and a Cobb Salad. I had a rare roast beef sandwich and san pelligrino. Great place to go for lunch(dinner too) right on the water. Highly recommend!

    I usually love Chart House but this was a disappointing experience. My sangria was so bad that it was undrinkable, and I sent it back. My fiancé ordered the lobster. The waiter was nice but clearly inexperienced. He cracked the lobster close to the table and it sprayed all over my fiancé. He really struggled to get the meat out of the claws and ended up leaving a good amount of meat in the claws which he took away. The meat that he did remove was a mess. I don’t blame the waiter, I blame Chart House for not training their staff well. At the end of the meal, my sangria had not been removed from the check. We paid before realizing it and the manager had to fix the check. Instead of being apologetic about their error, he rolled his eyes and looked annoyed that he had to fix it. Not a good night.

    The food was great, as usual. But the server hovered a lot and it was annoying. Although we were outside dining, and another patron was smoking. I finally asked our server if people could smoke outside and she did tell the smoker that it was not allowed. Curious why no other employee noticed the patron smoking.

    I waited about 20 minutes and when no server came to even say hello. I left and went to Legals. Sat immediately and served.

    Service was terrible. Food was good but was served cold. Felt totally ignored by server. Woman in the table next to us left due to long wait to have someone come to take her order.
