What a fantastic family outing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming joking and chatting to the kids, making them feel special and seen. The food was exceptional, playful, tasty and clever. The decor was stunning. Very fancy but welcoming. There is a special entrance, and the waiting area had a cute photo op location. When we were leaving, the barkeep gave the kids lollipops to bring away with them. The scones were fabulous. The tea yummy. The candyfloss addictive!

Food was excellent and so was the service. Just disappointed I wasn’t warned about the extra £21 service added to a set price of £140. Was more than 10% and wasn’t given a choice.

The food was excellent, service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Its £70 per head plus 15% service charge so it's quite pricey, plus additional drinks are charged on top. There's no themed music or theme in the actual resturant, staff dressed in normal black/white dress which is a shame as you loose the feel of the experience then. Glad we did it as a one off

We had the best time at the tea! It was the highlight of our trip to London. The kids were so happy! Very magical and whimsical, just like the story. Highly recommend.

This was a lovely twist on the traditional afternoon tea. The staff were so friendly, attentive and thoughtful from the moment we stepped in until we left. The food was delicious and filing. The theming is fun but subtle and the smell of chocolate when you walk in sets the tone. I would definitely go back again.

It was ok, the food was fine and the staff were very friendly and efficient. You can also eat as much as you want. However... For a 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory' experience there really isn't much around to remind you of what it really is. It's more of a regular afternoon tea in a pretty normal looking restaurant. There are no pictures or real references to Willy Wonka, the book or the films except for a few Quentin Blake drawings in the toilets and a decorative thing at the entrance. The food is fine, nothing outstanding. The staff were friendly and efficient. The price... Was not fine. £160 for two is not good value at all considering we did not drink alcohol. But it is what you expect in places like this really, high prices for mediocre standards. It was a nice day out but I'd be unlikely to tell anyone else to go along too when you can do something a lot more interesting or higher quality for the same price or less.
