Moitié Paris, moitié New York, Racines NY, l'un des 100 meilleurs restaurants à vins des Etats-Unis, rend hommage aux bars à vins vivant parisiens au coeur de TriBeCA. Chef Diego Moya puise dans ses expériences américaines, françaises, chiliennes, pour créer une cuisine de saison. Il met en avant le légume, privilégie les circuits courts et collaborent avec des fermiers travaillant dans le respect de l'environnement. Le menu est constitué d'un large choix d'entrées et de plats pouvant être partagés, permettant de découvrir sa cuisine de multiples façons. De vins de terroir produits par des vignerons et vigneronnes, des brasseurs, des distillateurs défendant l'agriculture biologique, biodynamique, naturelle. Tel est le credo des 3000 références de la carte. La sélection est faite par Arnaud Tronche et Pascaline Lepeltier MS, MOF. Une vingtaine de vins sont offerts au verre et tous les mardis des dégustations sont organisées. Des cocktails sont proposés par la talentueuse équipe du bar

Tonight’s event will not follow a common format—in fact, it has not been common for hundreds of years. A charming spot with a world class wine list. I know many come for that, but the food is also very good (though menu is small). Come if you want to drink, eat, learn and enjoy.

We had an amazing night. Staff is lovely, food is great. I suggest to share the main dishes though, otherwise the plates may not be well balanced. Thanks to all the staff, especially Pascaline who took the time to give great advice for the wine selection.

Had a wonderful evening as usual. Sat at the bar. Excellent service from our bartender. When choosing the wine, we let Pascaline choose. She asked my brother what he liked, and he said a nice Vacqueryas, so she produced a lovely Cairanne from a small producer about 10miles away from Vacqueryas, who organically farms, and it was a terrific pairing with our meal. Sugar snap peas to start, with snowdance chicken and the beef sirloin for mains, cumin carrots & pistachios, and jumbo asparagus with anchovy mayo. My brother took the sirloin, which came with potatoes and spring onions & garlic scapes- I tasted the beef (delicious) but he refused to let me try the veggies as he said they were too good to share 🤣

The food and ambience of Chambers is very, very good, but what makes it outstanding is the work of the sommelière. Her wine cellar and recommendations are stellar.

I would eat in this place even if the food were terrible because the acoustics were so good! Okay, I'm lying, but this is a lovely restaurant and you can hear each other! The owner / manager, Jared was gracious and funny. The entire atmosphere of the restaurant is very chill. LOVED the sign over the bar that kept changing, like the ones you find in a train station. Very nice touch! The cocktails were elegant-looking and delicious. The names were fun and the flavors made you want to drink a pitcher of them. I resisted also getting the Tiki Or Not Tiki like rest of my group. Garnish was simple but striking -- a leaf of shiso in a glass with a large ice cube. They both loved it! I had the La Capilla which was a tricked out Paloma. The garnish was a sumac and salt edge around half the glass that I licked off happily. Chambers is like a neighborhood restaurant that you want to go to over and over. The food looked beautiful when it hit the table and each dish was well executed without being over handled. The bread -- sesame pizza bianca -- will make you cry. At first, I thought, "No butter?" Then, I tasted it and thought, "Damn, that's good!” Loved the beets with one of my favorite blue cheeses ever the Bailey Hazen blue from Jasper Hill farms and smoked panko. The escarole salad was gorgeous looking. Tender yellow escarole that looked a bit like tulip petals and popped with the carrot slices and the pickled orange peppers. Manila clams in a celery root curry with stinging nettles, who'd of thunk it? Very tasty! The mains were all solid. Great ingredients done well so they make you happy to eat them. We had the chicken, pork tenderloin, sea bass and the beef. Great sides: Carrots, sweet potatoes, and the asparagus with anchovy was my fave! And we had room to eat two desserts: The chocolate cake and phyllo and marscapone Napoleon.

Plain vanilla room; extraordinary wine list plus expert , genial guidance from the justly acclaimed somm Pascal Lepeltier. Her selection, a delightful Irancy was itself worthy of the trip and experience. Our manilla clams were lovely, the chicken and pork exemplary; lemon curd, perhaps the only weak link in the meal. Didn't at all appreciate a charge of $5 a person for a second bread; a minor flaw in a supersatisfying evening. Will surely return.

We ordered an appetizer and 2 entrees. The foie gras was a featured menu item so we ordered it. It was good but nothing novel in terms of taste or texture. The Fergola was sour, which was fine for me because I prefer that palette. The dish itself wasn’t well-balanced in terms of taste though. The Sea Bass was overly salted so much that it felt like my young shriveled. The overall ambiance is beautiful and the service is decent. I wouldn’t say the waiters are overly attentive compared to restaurants that strive for the “high end” brand. It wasn’t anything spectacular. May come back just for the wine, but definitely will not be ordering dinner here.

spending three evenings at Chambers is a great privilege! Jared is a perfect host and Pascaline Lepeltier, a raffinate and highly cultured "sommelière"! the meals were good to very good and the choice of wine Pascaline L. made for us was exceptional. pity we do not live in NYC…otherwise we will come as much as possible!!! but let’s hope we will be back soon, chris&gui

Intimate warm and welcoming. superb wine offerings by the glass, concise well executed menu, great value for level of experience. special mention to the bartenders that took time , the host that called you by your name, the kitchen staff that brought the food to you and the north star of the restaurant, pascaline lepetier, always a friendly presence

Sat at the chef's counter which is very small (4 seats total), but nice. A good place to see the hustle. Overall a good time and it should not disappoint. Great for date night!

Great food and vibes! Our reservation was at 8pm though and we weren’t seated until 830 which was frustrating. It would have been nice to have been offered a complimentary drink during the wait.

The service was very slow for my friend and I but everyone else around us was getting great service. Very disappointing that we didn’t receive the same level of service as others. We wait over 20 mins to get another drink. I had to ask about when we were getting our food twice. Not sure if I recommend or would come back.

The wine selection is outstanding, accompanied by a superb food menu that's straightforward and user-friendly. The ambiance is wonderfully minimalist, and the food is served at the ideal temperature with exceptional flavor. We enjoyed the Long Island duck and pork tenderloin, as well as steelhead trout and gulf prawns for starters. I highly recommend stopping by if you find yourself in NYC.
