Started in 2017 as a home-brewing project to rediscover the traditional fermented beverage and reconnect with Alice's family's Korean roots, Hana Makgeolli became a brick and mortar brewery in Brooklyn in 2020. Since then, she has been developing a line of incredible complex rice wines, as well as continuously experimenting. Tonight, you will be able to enjoy a variation of expression, including special bottlings she will bring for the occasion. 6 rice wines will be tasted: Yakju 14, Hwaju 12, Forbidden Takju, Omija Makgeolli, Hyunmi Takju and Takju 16.
