Chamas do Brazil, which means “Flames of Brazil,” is an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse. Our special meat roasting method is based on the old gaucho tradition from several centuries ago, known as churrasco. Churrasco was originated in Southern Brazil, where Gauchos (Brazilian Cowboys) pierced different types of meat and grilled them over open flamed pits. The concept is to serve a wide variety of different cuts of beef, lamb, pork, and chicken to each diner individually right at their table.

A meal typically begins with a trip to our amazing salad bar, which consist of over 60 different items of fresh vegetables, homemade dressings, imported cheeses, cured meat, and etc., along with several hot dishes. We also serve a selection of side dishes at your table. The main course will start when you flip your coaster-sized chip from the red side to the green side, signaling the Gaucho Chefs that you’re ready to be served. To stop the service of meat, flip the chip to the red side.

Service was excellent. Meat varieties were presented in timely manner . Waitress was very friendly. Salad bar was well presented and very tasty. My only complaint would be that the steaks were just a bit too salty. The beef ribs were phenomenal and the bbq pork ribs were amazing.

I made it there with my family we had an appointment for Mother’s Day we got there at 7:30 pm and we were searching fast I been there before and the food is always great ! unfortunately this time I was not up to par I asked the server for a soft drinks and it took 30 minutes to have him comeback I ask again this time the drinks were here after another 20 minutes I asked for French bread with on the bar states is avaliable upon request I was told that they were baking it I never made it to the table I had to wait another 10 minutes for the first meat to arrive and i had to settle with chicken since no one seems to stop by our table after getting a piece of bacon chicken and some salad we paid and left I will like to get at least a coupon for a next time to compensate .

Our waiter was great! But they kept walking around with the 3 same meats and our waiter asked if we’d like any thing specific and we told him and never saw any of those meats get to us. They finally came with some chicken that I was looking forward to and only had one piece left when me and the wife were there so I obviously let her have it and never saw that meat again.

We had a party of 9 on Mothers Day and it was very busy. We were greeted with a smile and were sat pretty quickly after we arrived. All of the staff handled the rush with such professionalism. We love this place!

The management, my main waiter, and the food were great, but the servers bringing out the meat were slow and didn't understand that I only wanted beef and lamb.

Our server was amazing. They didn’t come by with a variety of meats. They brought they same 3-4 more & a few we didn’t even get to try.

Went for our Anniversary and wasn’t disappointed. The food is very good and great service too. You don’t feel rushed and it was quiet so we could have great conversations. Anytime we needed anything they were quick to handle it. I recommend this for a special evening.

I did not care for the atmosphere. I was far less prestigious than Chama Goucha and Fogo de Chao. Won’t be back. The service was excellent however.

This is the one restaurant that I have frequented most since I have been in the area. It never ceases to amaze me, the quality of the food, the quality of the service the friendliness of the staff, they truly make you feel at home. Steve, my server is always amazing, and the managers are always at their best. So glad this place is near me. If you have a chance to eat here, I guarantee you you will be coming back over and over again.

I know you might love it me and my partner went for our one year anniversary and when are server Steve asked if it was a special occasion and we mentioned that it was our anniversary we were given a free dessert with happy anniversary written on the plate which was an amazing little detail for our special day. The food was phenomenal and our server was very attentive and fun. I will definitely consider chamas for other special events or dinners.

Tony was fantastic. Took the time to explain the foods, dessert options, salad bar, etc. The servers were attentive and took care of my wife once they learned she was a "well done" person. We will definitely be back.

Joseph our server was excellent! He did a great job and very pleasant! We don’t eat pork and the chicken selection was a dried drumstick and over fried nuggets. There wasn’t a good option for one who doesn’t eat pork or red meat. I think a little more options on the chicken and without bacon. Those who ate the meat selections loved it. Joseph made the evening great with his wonderful service and treating the birthday girl well! It was a good evening!

Food tasted not extremely fresh. Waiter took forever to get sides. Would leave and took forever to get back. There are better Brazilian steak houses.

Normally all of the meat taste amazing, but this visit, it seemed like the meat was not seasoned like normally. So it just tasted bland. The salad bar is always amazing! Great service! We will continue to go back.

Jennifer is the best server. She was prompt, extremely helpful,, positive, and pleasant and worked diligently, and professionally in assisting us and other servers. We had her last time and were fortunate to have her this time. She made my birthday special. Tell David I said hello. He was working in the backroom as I was told. My Chamas do Brazil experience was like my first date. I was anxious about dining there the anticipation had me with butterflies. Once initial contact was made the moment was euphoric just pure ecstasy. It's an experience I will never forget.

Drinks were good and service was okay! But meats that come around takes forever especially if you like well done like me don’t recommend and taste is nothing like Texas de Brazil and way of doing things!

Steve, our server was very helpful, including getting or drinks right One suggestion is to start serving Beef Eaters gin again. It is the only gin that has flavor. My friend and I are always recognized and welcomed when we meet there. So nice to be treated special. The salad bar us awesome and the meats flavorful. My go to restaurant in Arlington.

Made a reservation for 5:45 and walked right in and we were seated by the host immediately. The waitress came by and explained everything. She was very nice and provided great service. The salad bar was a weird blend of different foods. Nothing exceptional about it. The meats they brought by were fantastic though. We will be coming back.
