Chamas do Brazil, which means “Flames of Brazil,” is an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse. Our special meat roasting method is based on the old gaucho tradition from several centuries ago, known as churrasco. Churrasco was originated in Southern Brazil, where Gauchos (Brazilian Cowboys) pierced different types of meat and grilled them over open flamed pits. The concept is to serve a wide variety of different cuts of beef, lamb, pork, and chicken to each diner individually right at their table.

A meal typically begins with a trip to our amazing salad bar, which consist of over 60 different items of fresh vegetables, homemade dressings, imported cheeses, cured meat, and etc., along with several hot dishes. We also serve a selection of side dishes at your table. The main course will start when you flip your coaster-sized chip from the red side to the green side, signaling the Gaucho Chefs that you’re ready to be served. To stop the service of meat, flip the chip to the red side.

We have 3 Private rooms available. Our largest is for 40 people. The middle private room seats 20 people and our small private room seats 12 people but is also great for proposals!Mainly used for wedding rehearsals, brithdays, graduations, meetings and Christmas parties!

For a $700 meal for a party of 8, we were sat directly in front of the very busy wait staff station. 4 members of our party were constantly bumped, had to wait for an opportunity to leave the table. The chicken options and sausage links were so overcooked that we could not eat them. A few of the red meat options were cooked well. The one and only positive was we had an excellent waitress who was very kind and responsive. I seriously cannot believe they even have a table that close in a restaurant of this caliber. It should be hidden and for sure no one sat directly in front of it. I truly have better seating options at Chili’s.

Was not as pleased as we have been in the past as we spent more time waiting on meat to come around. Some of the meat was more chewy than others ans in my opinion for the price it should have been some of the best meat around.

We were seated promptly and pleasantly. The waitress was helpful and courteous. The meat servers, with the exception of one lady who handled the lamb chops and chicken, appeared to avoid our table while serving all tables around us. They did not approach the table for us to accept or decline the meat they were serving. No cards were flipped to red during this time either. One server would take a full skewer of meat to the table beside us, serve them and immediately leave the area. Were it not for our waitress we might have not been served certain cuts of meat. It was a rather distressful and unenjoyable dining experience.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Dallas. Not just amazing food and great ambience, but an amazing staff that truly makes you feel at home. If you want to go to a restaurant where you feel like you are part of the family then this is the restaurant you need to visit. Amazing place and I will continue to be a regular customer.

Service was wonderful and the food was amazing. This was my son's graduation day and his first time here. Wonderful time.

I always love to go to Chamas do Brazil. I have always had the best of experiences and the food is cooked to perfection. The service is outstanding. They make you feel like family.

Service from our waitress and other staff was good but it took a long time between the meats. It wasn’t busy, I believe only 3 - 4 tables were occupied. We have been to several other places and wanted to try a place closer to home but don’t plan on returning.

Greeted and seated immediately. Waitress came to our table quickly and explained how everything worked and took our drink orders. Fantastic food selection at the all you can eat salad bar. They have meats and seafood along with pasta, salads, soups, several cheeses and fresh fruits. Just be careful not to fill up before starting the amazing selection of meats that will brought to your table. We were celebrating a birthday and had the molten lava cake and the flaming cheesecake for dessert and both were amazing. Service was outstanding. Would highly recommend.

Service was excellent. Meat varieties were presented in timely manner . Waitress was very friendly. Salad bar was well presented and very tasty. My only complaint would be that the steaks were just a bit too salty. The beef ribs were phenomenal and the bbq pork ribs were amazing.
