The food was excellent, the atmosphere was very nice and the service is the best I have ever had! From our server John (I thought he said Sam), to the sommelier, I cannot recommend this highly enough! Thank you for making our anniversary dinner special (and for the beef rib bone to take home to our dog)!

We just had dinner here to celebrate my son’s college graduation. But this wasn’t our first time. Every single time we had a great experience, no matter how busy this place was. We’ve been here a few times on very busy Saturday evenings, we had lunch on a Sunday and tonight, on a bit quieter Monday evening and every single time the service has been impeccable. Lauri and all the staff are always absolutely lovely, professional, competent, they are attentive but discreet. The meat never disappoints, great quality, perfectly seasoned and cooked. I’ve lived in Brazil, I know a good churrasco and Chama Gaucha - Grapevine makes you feel like in a Churrascaria no Rio de Janeiro. I definitely recommend Chama Gaucha- Grapevine for any kind of event: business dinner, or a romantic one, a special celebration or just a night out with friends. You will always find great service, friendly people and high quality food.

There is a large variety of different meats, and they are all excellent. The salad bar is well assorted also. The atmosphere is very calming, exciting, and relaxing. The staff generally treats you as royalty and priority. Overall a great and memorable experience. 5 stars!!!

I do wish the service was better in more frequent check ins with us. There were a number of times we were trying to get the attention of our waitress for additional side items.

Absolutely amazing experience. It was our first time and we will be back! The salad bar is absolutely incredible and their cocktail list is amazing. The staff were very attentive and kind. 10/10!

The experience was amazing as always. Food was impeccable, every cut of meat was cooked perfectly and the self serve food bar was so tasty with many options. Sides and bread for the table hit the spot just right. Service is also amazing, pulling the chairs out for you to sit, cheerful and willing to help with every little request, and ready to go above and beyond for you to have a perfect experience. A huge thank you to all the staff that stopped at our table. Will continue to return here as much as possible!

I have dinner with my family. I am a big fun of Chama and a regular in San Antonio location. As usual , it did not surprise me Grapevine location has same quality of food and service starting from drinks , salad bar, meats and of course deserts… everything was delicious.. if you wanna enjoy with your Brazilian Steakhouse experience, Chama is the best .. you won’t regret .. special thanks to GM Lauri and Server Henry ..

This restaurant is fun and it's definitely a unique way to have a meal. Their appetizer bar was outstanding, and cocktails were great, but we were a little disappointed in the pacing of the meal and most of the meats were overly salty. Still, it was an enjoyable though pricey evening and a great place to celebrate a special event.

My husband and I went for a three year anniversary and I have to say this is by far my favorite restaurant. The service is top notch. The food was delicious atmosphere was wonderful. Will definitely be returning.

The food is fresh, high quality, and amazing. I actually loved the salad bar more than the meat. And the meat was so good. However sometimes the waiters didn’t listen. My mom said no to a well done lamb shank, the guy stared at her and then briskly gave it to her anyways when she clearly said no. I also think the way they cut some of their meat was either too large or sloppy but otherwise it was great experience! Great atmosphere and we had a wonderful time.

First of all, this is one of our favorite Brazilian steakhouses. We’ve been to this location many times and have always rated our experience as five stars. That being said, this visit was lacking. We had to ask for a bread basket to be brought to our table three times. Mushroom side dish was delivered to the table with enough for one person—-we had four people in our party. By the time we were asked if we would like more, everyone was almost finished eating. Overall, we have come to expect such a high level of service that this time felt very different as our table was not as well attended.

Since we arrived, the hostess received us with a big smile and right away walked us to the table. The meat and salad delicious, the dining are super clean and the waiter great service. Definitely planning to come back.

We came back for my birthday and Chama Gaucha and staff did not disappoint. Food is always fresh and delicious to complement their five star service - the best around. Thanks again for an amazing dining experience. This is by far my favourite place to eat.

The sides were the perfect temp! The cheese bread was 🤌🏼 The meat was tender and juicy! The only cut that was meh was the ribeye. They left it just a bit too long on the fire. The drinks were excellent! The expresso martini they have for a dessert cocktail was great! Definitely better than the other 2 big Brazilian Steakhouse chains! Will definitely be coming back!

Waitress was great. I sure do miss Wellington. He always greeted us and made us feel welcome. Salad bar is slipping. No more lobster bisque and less items on salad bar. Less cheeses on salad bar. No salmon on salad bar. So I will be back but just not as often. Quality is slipping.

Food, especially the beef, was as good as we have had anywhere, and better than most places. Salad bar wonderful by itself. Service was exceptionally good…always available and helpful but not overbearing. There is a lot of never-ending, very good food which would easily justify the cost were one a hungry, big-eater. We are not big eaters but wish we had been!

We had an incredible experience at your restaurant last night. The staff was warm and professional, and our waiter “Tito from Mexico” was particularly impressive, providing us with a detailed history of the restaurant and explanations of the dishes and sauces. Will be back to see you!

The food was amazing, drinks too, they have the original Caipirinha (be careful, they taste so good and makes you wanna drink more and more). The staff was very friendly with us, specially Orlando, he made our night! Thanks everyone for the great service. Definitely coming back!

WOW this restaurant is amazing. The ambience catches you when you walk in the door. Then once you start your dining experience it is incredible. All the staff that we encountered were exceptional. Highly recommend.

This was our first time at the restaurant, but not the first time to a Brazilian steakhouse. Everything from the service to the food was exquisite! The attention to detail and variety of food was perfect. We can't wait to try the restaurant near us in Houston.

We celebrated our daughter’s birthday there and from the time we entered the front door to the time we left, everyone was welcoming and the service was excellent. The servers were attentive and helpful and the food was delicious. Superb experience!

Awesome. Went to the bar prior to the meal and enjoyed talking with the bartender before rest of our party arrived. Took our suppliers with us to the meal. Everyone loved it!
