Discover CHAAK, nestled in the heart of Old Towne Tustin. A culinary gem honored with a 2023 Michelin Bib. Inspired by Executive Chef Gabbi Patrick’s Yucatecan roots, CHAAK features Mayan staples of pibil, recados, seafood, smoke, and exotic spices combined with her signature modern flare. The Yucatan peninsula's influence sets it apart, with Spanish, Caribbean, and Mediterranean influences, dense tropical climate, and deep Mayan culture roots.

Indulge in our signature dishes, like the Ceviche Campeche, Cochinita Pibil, Parrillada, & Branzino. Our menu boasts culinary delights like panuchos, salbutes, empanadas, pork belly tacos, enchiladas, almejas, tamal, bombas and much more. CHAAK is open for Dinner, lunch & brunch.     Another great meal at Chaak. We had the ceviche, half chicken, enchilada, smoked pork shoulder and the 3 dip appetizer. All were excellent. The ceviche included octopus which was remarkably tender, even raw. One of the 3 sips was guacamole, the other 2 were excellent salsas. Lovely flavor profiles in both. The chicken smoked pork and enchiladas were all excellent. The house margarita was refreshing, rather than cloyingly sweet as many can be. All in all, an outstanding meal.

    These guys have not only great food but the service is outstanding, everyone we came into contact was so gracious, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to anyone. The drinks are innovative and delicious, they are also willing to customize to your specific tastes or dietary preferences. We live in Carlsbad and this is well worth the drive, hopefully they will open one closer but for now mI will return whenever I can!

    I eat at Chaak frequently. The food is always delicious. They brought back the red cabbage beet salad. Fabulous! The service is consistently excellent. I will go back again, soon!

    This place is a must. Everything is so perfectly balanced. Recommend the ceviche, tetela, and esquites with bone marrow. Every bite was delicious. Chocolate mouse with candied pepitas for dessert…😋

    Our waiter was amazing. We took my dad for his birthday and it was perfect. Delicious Yucatecan food, our waiter spoke perfect Spanish and she was able to explain and describe the menu in detail. Everything sounded delicious and it really made a positive impact on how much we ordered. We were just sold with all her knowledge and how passionate she was about what the restaurant had to offer. We’re definitely going back!
