food is always good. always worried going on a busy day like mother’s day. Service was good. Food wasn’t as good as usual but it was kind of expected with the large crowds. I got the fish of the day which was sea bass. It had good flavor but was way overcooked and dry. Seems like everyone else enjoyed their plates

Server sucked seemed like he was barely starting, talked very low even when there was so much noise in our surroundings. Guac was nasty tasted acidity. Food portion was ridiculous small for the price we paid and taste wise horrible. You guys need to advise somewhere or somehow that you will be adding your own tip… almost $45 tip and then request an additional tip. Ridiculous!!!! Would NEVER go back again or recommend.

Food was excellent, service was prompt and attentive. However, the music was so loud having a conversation was difficult. I saw people at other tables stressed over not being able to hear their date's conversation.

Our food was great! I had 3 Enchiladas. One with cheese, one with chicken, and one with shrimp. The calamari was also good. Both my friends enjoyed their food as well. One had tacos and the other had an enchilada. My mimosa was mainly orange but the manager gave me a glass of champagne on the house. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

It was a first for my wife and I. Service was beyond excellent, the food is made fresh and so yummy. The dine in experience was awesome. The servers and management were very kind and made sure are apps were not empty. This place Is an excellent choice for a date, family oriented, and welcoming atmosphere. For first timers, check this place out, it's really good!

Great place, Great Service, Food was good, needed to be hotter when served. Good flavor, Enchilada's needed to be under broiler more. Tacos were good. Best waitress and the Owner Don greeted us and was THE BEST!

Loved everything about it except it was too loved. I sat next to my boyfriend in order to hear him. It was especially hard to hear the waitress. Way too loud.

Food was absolutely delicious! Our server was friendly, attentive, and our party of 6 had a great time. I will say the only downside was their even after making a reservation and getting there on time, they did not allow us to be seated until the last few people arrived. We would have liked to have been seated and ordered drinks while we waited.

It was my birthday celebration. I don’t know exactly how our waitress name is spelled. Macie was amazing. She was very attentive and has a beautiful smile. I complained about the queso bontido. The cheese was too hard. I remembered it being so soft and stringy. She took the price of the appetizer off our bill. Thank you. Definitely I will recommend this restaurant to all my friends. I’m always in this restaurant. Love the ambience and the food.

The staff was great! We have always loved cha cha’s. Always one of my favorite places to go to. The food was just off. My friends first time and had the tacos. They had a weird taste. Mine was ok and I always love what I get. Maybe the issue was that our dinner came out at same time as appetizer. We were seated right by the kitchen and it was so noisy. That’s why I requested not by the bar.

Our experience at Cha Cha's Latin Kitchen in Brea was very good. The service provided by our server, Paula, was great, she was very helpful, and professional. Thank you. The food: Carnitas plates Carnitas tacos were very delicious. For dessert we choose the Flan and Tres Leche Cake. The Flan was very creamy and delicious, but the Tres Leche Cake needs some help. In our opinion, too much coconut was too much was added and the cake needs more flavor. Otherwise, we will be back and try other dishes.

Food was delicious!! Music was way too loud…on a super busy night. So had trouble chatting in our group. Other than that if music was at a normal level they would have gotten a 5 star. Staff was friendly and fast!

We had a very nice Easter brunch at Cha Cha’s todays. The staff was very accommodating for our large party and for our teen granddaughter that picky in what she eats. Thank for taking care of us. We were there longer then expectedly but the staff continued to take care of us. Much appreciated.

Reservations and we were seated quickly in a booth, like I asked for. Our server was Cassie and she was nice and friendly. Other employees stopped by and asked how was everything which was surprising. My husband and I shared a Cadillac Margarita, was great but pricey $27. We both had carnitas and I have leftovers. I asked for sour cream and received it but we were charged $2, a little steep. Rather noisy but that’s to be expected.

Great food. But our open table reservation was forgotten about. We also noticed another couple who's reservation was also forgotten. Server nice but seemed bothered. Miss the old days of Chachas great service and management.

Not sure if it’s because we were a party of 6 with gratuity already going to be included in the bill, but our server was not as attentive as in my previous visits (I come 1-2 times a month. It took about 10 minutes of us sitting for the initial greeting and then another 10 minutes for our orders to be taken. We still hadn’t had the chips and salsa delivered to our table. The timing of service was not on point to say the least. The food was great though.

Food was too hot. My fajitas were served on a cast iron skillet that was scalding hot. I burned my arm. My husband ordered a seafood soup that was literally boiling when served. I asked the server for ice for my burn. She said didn’t they tell it was hot? The manager came by as we were waiting for our check and asked how was your meal? I said just ok. He replied good to hear and walked away
