I recently dined at Cesarina and was thoroughly impressed. The food was exquisite, particularly the pulpo appetizer and the Paccheri Vodka E Scampi. The Paccheri Vodka E Scampi was rich and creamy, with succulent scampi that enhanced the dish's lavish flavor profile. Service was impeccable; Jake was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. My experience was a harmonious blend of excellent cuisine and top-notch service. Cesarina is a must-visit for any Italian food enthusiast!

Overall we really enjoyed dining at Cesarina! Food was delicous and have our table ready right on time! We would definitely come back.

It's hard to get a reservation at Cesarina and now I see why. It's San Diego (okay, Italian cuisine) at its finest. The servers are wise and prompt. We like the format of selecting pasta, then the sauce, and then what goes with it. Vegan, no gluten, no dairy, no problem. It's a lively place with lots of people watching involved. We loved it.

Our server was very frienfly and knowledgeable. Service was great and food was delicious. As a vegan, I am always grateful to find a menu with more than one vegan item to enjoy. Highly recommended!

Cesarina is our family’s favorite Italian restaurant in San Diego. The pasta is fresh, their sauces are delicious and their deconstructed Tiramisu is the perfect ending to an amazing meal.

Came here to celebrate our anniversary and it was amazing! Food and service were great (tiramisu was different from anywhere we’ve tried, even in Italy) and we’d love to be back the next time we’re in town.

Some of the best authentic, homestyle Italian cooking I've tried, even outside of Rome. Great ambiance. Great food. Worth the visit! Outdoor patio dining was great!
