Ceron Kitchen is the manifestation of the life long dream of Vicente Ceron. Vicente has had a desire to own a restaurant for as long as he could remember. After years of hard work and success as the owner of construction companies, he is finally realizing his dream. Vicente became friends with Ceron Kitchen Executive Chef Juan Jaquez and their relationship has led them to opening Ceron Kitchen, together. Chef Jaquez has worked in several reputable restaurants throughout the Bay Area as a line cook and head chef. Chef Jaquez presents his take on New American Cuisine at Ceron Kitchen. Chef Jaquez will feature Dinner to begin and will later introduce Brunch and Lunch menus. All will offer combinations of seafood and prime steaks along with his signature octopus dishes. Ceron Kitchen is located on the Westside of Alameda on Webster Street, nearby the old Alameda Navy Base. Vicente Ceron is currently building the campus for space rocket company Astra, just down the street.

Hubby and I celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary at Ceron. Such an awesome meal! Beautiful space. Delightful cocktails. My Under Pressure came in a very fun glass, shaped like a cut diamond. Seafood chowder and Street Corn appetizers were very yummy. Pork chop hubby had a good entree was perfectly cooked, and they graciously subbed the broccolini he's not found of for another veggie. My duck breast over risotto.......probably the best duck I've ever eaten. Risotto was delicious. My Paris Brest dessert was fabulous, and the first time having that pastry. Perfect pate choux and the Caramel Gelato was amazing. Highly recommend, and will go again, and bring friends! Nice parking lot in back too

We celebrated my parents 65th Anniversary! They loved the restaurant and loved their dinner! Everything from the seafood chowder, wedge salad, salmon, paparadelle pasta was delicious!!

Absolutely stunning, the service was top tier and the ambiance gave off romantic which was for my celebration there. Staff was very professional & attentive. Love this place!

The pastas were good, but the bread was very mediocre. They were not warm and tasted dense, at the price point of the restaurant I would expect they would have better bread. Additionally, the wait and service was too slow despite making a reservation, so brought down the overall experience.

Food was delicious! Service was great. Mother’s Day is busy everywhere and loved that you can make reservations and avoid a waiting list. We love this restaurant and usually dine here for special occasions. Would definitely be back for Mother’s Day or any other busy occasion.

They were not equipped to take our reservation on Mother’s Day. It seemed they had no clue as to how to run the place. People with reservations were met with bewilderment. Once seated it took 22 minutes to get a glass of water. Our reservation was for 1pm. The table next to us had been there an hour with no food. They had drinks though. Another had been there since 11am and were wondering if they’d get their food served. After 30 minutes at the table we were never greeted by a server and decided that it would be best to leave. It’s too bad, because I really wanted my wife to enjoy a nice Mother’s Day brunch. Get it together Ceron.

Worst Mother’s Day experience ever! Nobody at the host table to check people in properly, and reservations didn’t matter, they still sat people randomly based on who got their attention. We tried to be patient as they were clearly overwhelmed, but an hour and a half later we only received our drinks and appetizer…but the worst part is that 2 tables that sat down after we ordered received their food and ours was nowhere to be seen. We had to leave, it was too unorganized and they clearly did not prepare themselves or train the staff on how to manage the day. #logistics101

Food was ok. Waited almost 2 hours to get our food. Some dishes didn’t come out until everyone was done with theirs. All tables around us got food in time. Lunch was comped which made up for the issues. Would try again on a slower day. Staff seemed overwhelmed.

The food was tasty! The ambience was nice, The issue was they were slammed on Mother’s Day and short of help! There was a long wait for the meal and no check back for coffee and water refills, etc. Would have been much nicer if they had had 2-3 more people helping.

Made reservations for Mother's Day, very busy. Seated on the second floor, much quieter and less crowded. There were 7 in party and we ordered from the brunch menu. Server took our order in a timely fashion. Chive biscuits were tasty but very small, not a good value. 4 received their meal after a reasonable time and that food was delicious. Others waited...our server was not around for over 30 minutes. 35 minutes after the initial serving, our waiter finally showed up. We told him about the missing food. He returned with them promptly but the food was no longer warm. He tried to comp us with sparkling wine but we do not drink. The mandatory tip on the bill was totally undeserved. We believed the experience was not a good value, mainly due to poor service.
