Unfortunately, terrible from start to finish. We made a res for a "special occasion" (celebrating a work milestone) but were taken to a table far in the back away from the view. We asked if we could wait for a better table but were told no, so we asked if we could sit at the bar where the view was closer, even if there was no service and we had to order at the bar. The food was actively terrible. We didn't order more after a started of stuffed mushrooms and salmon crudo because the fish was lukewarm and the mushrooms were cold and tasted rancid (we did not finish either dish). My Martini was served in a wine glass (?) Then, even though we ordered our food and drinks up at the bar, we were hit with an automatic 20% tip? I'm always happy to tip well but hitting us with an auto-gratuity when there isn't even table service was surprising and frankly laughable. I would never go back to the restaurant. And especially never for an occasion I wanted to celebrate.

Waiter rushed us and the restaurant wasn’t packed. Brought soup and entrees together. Ordered prosecco and the glass was LESS than half full. All the meats, chicken or prime rib dip were very dry. I would recommend the single crab cake for $40. Offered no dessert even though they knew it was my cousins birthday when we checked in. Still the same beautiful view and restaurant but the food is awful and they need to retrain some staff.

Beautiful setting. Food just OK. Ordered linguine and clam sauce. Manilla not little neck clams. One was not opened. Manilla clams, very small.

Edgar and the rest of the wait staff were wonderful! Food and atmosphere exceeded expectations! Definitely will be back!

The vibes and overall atmosphere is so beautiful. Overlooking the pond and proximity to Central Park with a classy bar with great drinks; can't be beat!

Delicious meal at the boathouse, complimentary snacks to start and champagne for our anniversary. Beautiful location, highly recommend.
