Step inside The Cellar Door, a unique experience from The Oakville Grill & Cellar in the Fulton Market District of Chicago that emulates the offerings of featured California vineyards, rotating monthly.

The Cellar Door tasting room offers seating for up to six guests from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and from 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM Saturdays & Sundays. During the tasting, you’ll savor select pours from the vineyard’s current selection. A chef-curated cheese & salumi pairing is available to add on to the experience.

Please note that access to the full dinner menu is not included in this experience, and reservations are required ahead of time to secure a table after or before the experience. Our team will do our best to accommodate any last-minute requests.

    Scott the somm is amazing. We’ve been back a bunch of times, he’s informative and fun and remembers us. My go to wine spot in the neighborhood.

    We have so much fun every time at this wine tasting!! Grant was amazing & very knowledgeable, such a fun thing to do with friends!! Highly recommend

    We had a fabulous experience with Scott!! He informed us of the histories and differences in the wine, and the pairings and wine were delicious. He went above and beyond to ensure a good experience and proved to be a leader in hospitality. The setting was tucked away from the main restaurant and private with just a few seats. This was a great experience and I highly recommend to others!!

    My wife and I went for our 5th anniversary and couldn’t have been more delighted at the experience. We learned a lot, enjoyed great wine, and had exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable service.

    Scott was incredibly knowledgeable during and after the wine tasting. We had dinner afterward and was also a great time! Scott also gave us a small tasting of a delicious port with our dessert! We look forward to our next time there.
