It was our first time here. Very good service and pleasing interior. I bet the patio is fun as well. I loved the Caesar salad, it was enough for 2-3. The scallops were delicious, as were the beans. Loved the bread.

The food at Cella is always just exceptional. Fresh, beautiful, expertly prepared. It’s often too beautiful to eat but somehow I always manage 😉 Service is occasionally a little slow so be prepared for a relaxing evening. It doesn’t bother me but some folks like things to move more quickly. To me, it just tells me that everything is being painstakingly prepared and the staff are taking their time to not ever make anyone feel rushed. We are outdoors in their beautiful courtyard as the sun appeared just as we arrived. Even if there isn’t any sun the courtyard is extremely comfortable and the heaters do a great job. Highly recommend

Food very good, portions too too big. So prices are too too big. Service is very courteous and slowwwww....2 hours 25 minutes is just too long.

Terrific place to dine, world-class chefs, world-class service, and a great wine list. All bundled into a historical old Adobe building, make for a wonderful dining experience. .

This was our first time at Cella. We've been to many Monterey-area restaurants and Cella nailed a spot right near the top. The only better restaurants have Michelin stars.

Beautiful atmosphere and food. The ingredients are fresh and local, and imaginatively prepared. Service was very friendly and warm, the outdoor dining lovely. Entrees are on the high-end side with price, but worth it.

Always a pleasure visiting the crew at Cella. Wonderful hospitality and food. Highly recommend asking them to pair wine with your entrees. Always 10/10!

Wonderful cohesive brunch menu with contemporary twists on beloved classics. The vanilla bean french toast and the french omelette were obvious standouts and the Bloody Mary should not be overlooked. Absolutely incredible ambiance with amazing historical significance in the area. After being in the Monterey/Carmel area for a year now this is by far the best food experience I have had and doesn’t feel like a tourist cash grab, which can’t be said for the majority of dinning choices in the area. Will definitely be back to try the dinner menu.
