One of Manhattan’s great ‘secrets’. The caviar offering and presentation are first class. But it is also a great restaurant experience apart from the caviar. Innovative selections that are very well presented with close but discreet service. One of our favourites.

Still the most fabulous place on two continents. If you can swing it, it is an experience not to be missed. Although caviar is king, be sure to try the duck. Maybe the best I have ever eaten.

What an experience!! 🔥 Shout out to Kattarina for her exceptional service and attention to detail on all menu items and of course to the chefs for an amazing eating experience, each dish just kept getting better. Menu highlights - the white asparagus with caviar, the Parmesan egg, the foie gras, the mackerel with pineapple, the prime ribeye - just WOW! As a chef on a Michelin mission, I could not fault anything, how Caviar russe only has 1 star is insane. Great work team, hoping you get your second star soon ⭐️⭐️

What a lovely experience! We enjoyed bar seating and had excellent service. We had the caviar service and uni! I cannot describe how delicious the uni was and such a generous serving. Oh my!

The food and the service are both excellent, with attention paid to every detail and incredibly fresh food. It's probably not worth it if you don't enjoy caviar, it's featured in most of the dishes.

He ido a los mejores lugares del mundo, literalmente jamás el trato ni en Dubai, ni en Paris, ni en Londres en ningún lugar del mundo había tenido un trato tan pretencioso y más para clientes que tienen cuentas del nivel que nosotros manejamos, le pidieron a mi esposo que le quitara la videollamada donde le cantaron las mañanitas por su cumpleaños, pero la mesa de a lado estaba un grupo enorme Gritando y no hubo un tema. No se, es un lugar que aún siendo fan del caviar, no volvería. La chica y el mesero muy buenos, el capitán se le olvidaba que no era dueño del lugar, demasiado pretencioso y para lo que uno va a gastar espera un trato de lujo.

Absolutely wonderful service and the Chef’s Tasting Menu was an excellent choice. It’s a once in a lifetime experience - that we want to do again. A brilliant evening.

I would give this a 10 out of 5 stars if I could! This hidden gem is one of the best restaurants in the city and deserves more than its one Michelin star.

A bit confusing on the menu, but the food is excellent. The portions are great to enjoy many foods without being stuffed. The staff helps guide you through the ordering process. A must try for anyone that wants a unique world class New York experience!

Everything was amazing- 5 star all the way around. The caviar was delicious, as was the crispy rice, and the champagne pairing was on point. Service attitude made the experience even better.we will be back!

First time here: The Pros - Attentive service, enjoyed the caviar, champagne and oysters. All great quality. The Cons - The music was thumping the moment we walked in giving a dance club vibe rather than romantic lounge. The DJ was great, had we been dancing or out with a high energy group. More for groups than couples. IMO
