The Caucus Club, located in the Penobscot Building, is an historic, stylish art deco masterpiece featuring two distinct dining spaces, historic bar and live Jazz. The front entrance leads guests to the elegant front dining room with the stage being the focal point. The back entrance leads to the dark and moody back room and bar with space for mingling, cocktails and dining. Adjacent to the bar entrance is the Caucus Club Kitchen, fully viewable from the hallway of the Penobscot building.

The menu centers around the in-house dry-aging room, yielding Prime Steaks and Chops expertly butchered on site. The balance of the menu features seafood and eclectic dishes that change with the seasons. Lunch has its own unique offerings, and the Bar offers distinct offerings for Happy Hour. An extensive wine list is housed in a state of the art cellar with private lockers.

Dress code is business casual at a minimum, and is strictly enforced. Please dress accordingly

The Caucus Club has poor communication amongst their staff. The employees exuded terrible customer service. The hosts were very rude and tried desperately not to accommodate us after a miscommunication on their end. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. My family and I will take our business somewhere we are welcomed.

The food did not disappoint. Oysters were fresh and tasted pleasing. The steak carpaccio was melt in your mouth delicious. Daryl did an amazing job with the table side Caesar salad. Sarah brought us our wine and was very knowledgeable about the bottle. The stakes were cooked to perfection. We indulged in a king crab leg which was cut open and easy to remove. Overall wonderful experience.

Absolutely love the experience here. The wait staff is consummately professional, the food is outstanding, and the ambience makes you feel like the outside world is a million miles away. Allen took care of us expertly. The osso bucco is delicious (be sure to sample the marrow) and the wagyu beef is heavenly. An extensive wine list tops it all off. Excellent place for special occasions or to just enjoy some of the best food out there.

The food was to die for! I've never tasted a filet that good before! The sides were incredible, we had the carrots and parsnips and the cheesy French potato's. The service was top tier from the minute we walked in! We waited for nothing and valet had our car pulled up and at the door as soon as we stepped out! It was an incredible experience! I can't wait to go back!

Darren was a great server. My food was very delicious and tasty. I had to send my soup back as it was warm. I was however disappointed that with a $500 meal my Husband and I did not receive a complimentary 20th Wedding Anniversary Dessert like other fine restaurants do for Birthdays, Anniversaries, and Special Occasions!!
