Cattlemens is a an American steak house and grill. The dining room is designed like an Old West-style saloon. Everything about the decor is an homage to cowboys, gold rush towns and cooking over a campfire. Each night there is a different menu item on special, whether it is the slow-cooked prime rib, 20-ounce T-bone or surf n' turf 8-ounce sirloin and jumbo shrimp combo. Steaks are king at Cattlemens, with several cuts of meat and different seasoning options. In addition to these hearty cuts of beef, there are several rib options guaranteed to fill up even the hungriest diner. These include a rack of baby back pork ribs, classic dry-rub beef ribs or an herb-crusted rack of lamb. The bar menu, or saloon menu as its known at Cattlemens, has several fine spirits, craft cocktails and cold draft beer.

Ordered the ribeye (bone out) and asparagus and also the filet with mashed potatoes. Both were cooked exactly as requested. Flavor was amazing! We’ll definitely be back.

Our table was ready for as soon as we arrived. Excellent service and the food was prepared just like we expected.

Everything was wonderful great service great food but I got my steak butterflied and it was over cooked ordered it med well but it ended up well done. Next time I won’t get it butterflied. Will go back for sure. Our waitress was awesome!!

Great experience dining at Cattlemen’s. Two couples enjoying a Saturday evening at a well known establishment in the stockyards, the food for all four of us was perfect (three steaks and one chicken fried steak), wine and cocktails hit the mark (old fashioned very good). We loved our server Kailey, she was on top of her game, managing numerous tables at once with a great, friendly smile. Yes, agree with others that Cattlemen’s can get loud, but we knew this going in, we were still able to enjoy our conversations and yes had reservations at 7 pm and waited 15 minutes BUT it’s Saturday evening in Cowtown. Overall, we will definitely return for dinner again, we loved the food, service and atmosphere of Cattlemen’s.
