Cathédrale Las Vegas, a Mediterranean restaurant envisioned by Executive Chef Jason Hall, takes culinary inspiration from Southern France with traces of Italy, Spain, and Greece. Each flavorful dish is crafted with premium farmer's market fresh ingredients, such as the exquisitely marbled 46oz. Wagyu Tomahawk flambéed and served tableside. Unforgettable tableside experiences can also be found with the fully fileted Salt Baked Mediterranean Sea Bass, and the Affogato dessert, where espresso is poured over salted caramel gelato and presented in a carved ice block. The magnificent interior design features show-stopping beaded metal chain installations that enhance the decadence and creativity of the cuisine and architecture.

Service was bare minimum, although food was good. Was also celebrating a birthday, and although host stand acknowledged it, server didn’t even mention it.

The room is amazing. the drinks and the food are off the charts. Ther service is not the best our bus person was very good. Our server was friendly but very didn't really check on us and never asked if we needed anything. Again I bus per was great but you expect the server to take care of you. The steak was great and cook perfectly. I like medium well plus and did it perfectly not many places do. The Branzino was off the charts. The best part was the wine sommelier. We told what we like and our budget. He can back way under budget and hit a home run. Most of the time they are trying to up sale. Not this one. He listed and really took care of us.

Truly a 10 out of 10! The ambience took my breath away, the staff was wonderful and the food was fabulous! We went for our one-year wedding anniversary and it was the perfect place! The staff made it an evening to remember :). Highly recommend!!!

Food and service were excellent but the music was too loud. It would be better to have less club type music so people can talk.

Beautiful restaurant, but bartenders need to lift up their heads and look at the guest. I shouldn't to wave my wine glass repeatedly to get someones attention

Not worth the hype , felt belittled by staff . Pretentious atmosphere . The 60$ truffle pasta tasted like a 10$ dish . Best thing we had was the bread and butter .

+ out server was warm and very attentive + the decor is beautiful + wine list is good but you wont find bargains (but that’s Vegas), wine service was good, proper glassware + the menu has plenty of choices, the prices are rather high Vegas prices - the food was good but in no way great. To be honest, it was quite blend. The Lobster Rigatoni had a tomato sauce with very little flavor to it. To a slightly less degree same was true for the Truffle Tagliatelle and the Tomato Appetizer. - it is too cold in the restaurant, the dishes were cold with half the plate still left. When do restaurants learn? - on our date night, the host sat us right next to a table with 3 kids… in an empty restaurant, a dick move Would I go back? No. With so many other choices ok the strip you only get one chance to be excellent. Maybe that’s why it was quite empty that night.

First time in Vegas, first time dining at this restaurant! Super cool inside the ambiance is amazing, and the modernized cathedral like ceiling is really unique. The food was amazing, our party started with the grilled octopus which was the best appetizer I’ve ever had. It was super flavorfull! For entrees we had a steak and salmon shared amongst 3, really good sized portions and also super good. I would definitely recommend for you to visit this place! It’s located in the aria towards the crystal shops.

Our server was Jason! He was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. He made great recommendations. We are early that night. Is was almost empty until we left! Very quiet! The food was excellent! I highly recommend the chocolate cake!

The service extremely poor and slow, seems there were doing you a favor. A simple request like a soda took more than 10 min. The meat was cold, the pastas good but so much better the side macaroni pasta than the main dishes.

The honey bread was melt in your mouth, to die for! Wagyu tartar was good but a little too strong of a Dijon mustard flavor. It also could have come with a few more chips. Drinks were beautiful and refreshing. We ordered the lamb and chicken. It was the best chicken I think I’ve ever had! The portions were very large, we should have split one and gotten one more appetizer or saved room for dessert. We didn’t want to take our leftovers back to the hotel room.

The worst customer service, manager told me they did not have my reservation, when I clearly had one booked , I even pulled my email up to show her confirmation. She then proceeded to tell me that they sent all the cooks home right at 10:30pm. I highly suggest removing your 10:15 reservations then on here! So unprofessional!!!

Excellent food and wine. Service was clunky. Ordered wine before food. Wine came well after we had our appetizers. Wait staff did not seem to be coordinated well with kitchen. Our meals came out shortly after our appetizers and our waiter was surprised to find us eating our meal already. Waiter was very pleasant.

Terrible service. Cancelled our food order and left. Waiter was unfriendly and unhelpful. Didn’t want to pay the prices they charged for subpar service.

Tried this place even after hearing mixed reviews. It was however the only place we had not been in Aria. It being by Tao Group we had even higher hopes, we were quickly let down. Reservations was for two with a note that it was for a birthday. At no point was this even acknowledged. The atmosphere was nice, noise level was also easy to talk to one another yet felt lively. Our server did check on us multiple times for drink orders and to take food orders. It did not feel rushed which was very nice. Appetizers were good and what we expected with the salad being the stand out. We had the Grilled Branzino which my first bite had bones but continued eating as it happens right? Few more bites in discovered myself biting more which I then discontinued. The birthday girl had the Maine Lobster Rigatoni portions on both meals were good. She ran into a similar issue biting into hard pieces in her food. Her second bite she had made a comment I hope I didn’t just chip a tooth, as I could also hear the hard crunch. I could only pass it off as possibly being a piece of a lobster shell. Fortunately, the salad was large and sufficed as the meal substitute. The ham and cheese macaroni as a side was tasty, not what one was expecting but very very tasty! Large enough to share and helped fill the void of the entrees going to waste. The dessert was fantastic! Dessert options all looked great and we went with the Sorrento Lemon. Fantastic! So fantastic that when we left the restaurant our over all review was, we didn’t need to go back, we were glad we tried it. But would come back for just the dessert and cocktails. The dessert was delightfully tart and sweet but the entrees left us sour.

You have to try the Sea Bass. Unbelievably delicious, presentation is an experience you must see. Beautiful restaurant and stellar service. Highly recommend!
