Cathédrale Las Vegas, a Mediterranean restaurant envisioned by Executive Chef Jason Hall, takes culinary inspiration from Southern France with traces of Italy, Spain, and Greece. Each flavorful dish is crafted with premium farmer's market fresh ingredients, such as the exquisitely marbled 46oz. Wagyu Tomahawk flambéed and served tableside. Unforgettable tableside experiences can also be found with the fully fileted Salt Baked Mediterranean Sea Bass, and the Affogato dessert, where espresso is poured over salted caramel gelato and presented in a carved ice block. The magnificent interior design features show-stopping beaded metal chain installations that enhance the decadence and creativity of the cuisine and architecture.

This was our first time here, and I had high expectations. The restaurant is beautiful, however, our experience didn’t match. The service was very, very slow and it seemed they only had one server for the entire bar area, which is half of the restaurant. We had to ask several times for waters, refills on drinks, etc.… when our food finally arrived, aside from the Dover Sole, which was delicious, everything was mediocre at best. The burrata was underseasoned, and was served with some very dry balls of equally flavorless bread. The highlight of the meal was the espresso martini, which is the only reason I would ever be back.

Impressive! From the entrance to the food. Our server was so amazing. The decor is phenomenal and meticulous. The vibe was so unique to any restaurant in Las Vegas (strip) and Los Angeles. Skip the bread and butter and immediately order the Warm Medjool Dates. These dates made the other app forgettable. I especially feasted on Black Truffle Fettuccine. Every bite was a new experience. We wanted to order the Affogato, but they were out of it. The only issue was the temperature of the restaurant. If you should have the chance to dine here, please bring a jacket, if your shoulders/back are uncovered.

we originally went to this restaurant when they first opened last May 2023 on the recommendation of the concierge at the Aria and arrived at 5:30 pm as we had tickets to a show for 8 pm. Upon arrival not many people were in the restaurant given the hour and first thing they did was asked us to go to the bar to wait for our table. wanted us to spend time at the bar and rack up a nice bill but we asked why given there was so much room in the dining area. hostess realized we were not interested in the bar phase and sat us at our table. suffice it to say it was just following their opening and there were a lot of kinks still to work out as we never did get our entrees as it took so long for us to get the appetizers we ordered and we needed to head out to the show by 7:30 pm. of course the waiter and manager apologized to us. must say the ambiance was beautiful and the food we had was good but we questioned whether we would go back. fast forward to this May 2024 and is speaking with the casino host asked her how things were going with this restaurant and told her of our experience. she was surprised and let me know that she only hears good things. on this recommendation we decided to book our last night dinner for 7:30 pm. arrived on time and once again were told to wait at the bar. of course now it was pretty busy given the hour and we had no issue waiting for our table for a reasonable period of time. after 25 minutes we spoke to the hostess and she said they were waiting on our table to be available. after another 15 minutes they finally found us a table in the bar not dining room. suffice it to say experience was a disaster. people packed in bar standing over your table, waiter had too many tables and was missing in action all night and service was not one would expect when paying the dollars they charge. food is nothing to write home about. expect long wait, delays in service and noisy. you are better off going to Joe’s or Maestros for a superior dining experience
