! It's not just dinner!it's an experience that lingers! This restaurant, our beloved hidden gem, never fails to amaze. From the first bite to the last, it's a journey through the best of Aspen's culinary delights. The team in this restaurant are killing it! Great Job! Dave!

We were visiting from out of town to celebrate an engagement. This was the perfect venue for a special family dinner. The staff was helpful and attentive. We had Bronzino and steak, both were nicely prepared and delicious. The sides were perfect and good portions. We topped it off with a baked bananas foster with a lovely presentation.

I love Catch!! It’s our go to for special occasions as well as a Wednesday night. The food is always outstanding and the service is always impeccable. David Richardson is best manager always making us feel welcome and special. I can’t say enough about the rest of his staff either:Tracy and Aubrey are consummate professionals. It’s a must go!!

Love the diversity of the menu. Steaks are wonderful but if you are in the mood for fish the Dover Sole is fabulous. So tasty. They have the most unique appetizers and drinks. We were there as the sun was setting and the view was stunning. The restaurant has really nice feel to it. It’s a hip place but if you aren’t so hip they make you feel very welcome.

My wife and I loved the aesthetic, the fun ambience, and 5-stars because the AGM Tracy was so lovely and attentive. The vegan chicken parm was awesome. I think the “vegan Caesar” came out incorrectly though because it arrived as just plain lettuce with the faintest hint of dressing and nothing else, so basically an expensive bowl of lettuce. If they add more vegan options, we’d love to come back regularly, but currently not a ton to choose from. The vibe was nice, the wine was good, and the women who greeted us were also great.
