                                                                                                        I bought this afternoon tea for my friends birthday, I also bought for my 2 aunts. Extremely disappointed in poor food quality. There was tuna, ham and one more filled sandwich. Unfortunately there was only white bread tiny finger crust of bread with avocado with a slither of dried tomato, finger bread with coronation chicken, finally another with cheese and a slither salmon. Lastly sausage rolls very common. Cakes where average. Poor value for money and would never advise anyone.

                                                                                                        Amazing selection of buffet food for Afternoon Tea, and the hotel went over and above, as they laid out ballons and a birthday card for my Daughter. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC.

                                                                                                        I was given this experience as a gift but have to say the service was good but the quality of food was not what I would expect from a hotel chain like Hilton. We arrived to get told that it was a buffet style so that put the experience to the shelf. The sausage rolls were very lacking in meat the vegetarian tarts had no taste there was only egg mixture no cheese tomatoes nothing very lacking, three choices of closed sandwiches tuna, cheese & ham, egg mayo, the open sandwiches with were tiny was dried cream cheese & smoked salmon, curried chicken & a avocado these were all in stale bread. The cakes looked nice but when you ate into the strawberry tart & lemon meringue you could tell these had been prepared the night before as the pastry cases were soggy. Definitely wouldn't recommend this experience

                                                                                                        Prebooked a table for two; we arrived slightly early but stood waiting to be shown to a table. Three restaurant staff saw us but scuttled into back room. About to give up and leave, I eventually asked a young guy behind the bar if restaurant was open and he kindly went to fetch someone from the restaurant staff. Once we were seated, initial service was ok but rapidly went downhill afterwards. Apart from Connor, who appeared to be the only one working hard, the service and organisation was appalling. Food was average at best and despite ordering a dessert which never arrived, we eventually cancelled it, paid the bill (which ironically included a 10% service charge) and left, very disappointed. Won’t be returning! Expected more from a Hilton branded hotel restaurant.

                                                                                                        Always a lovely experience. I have been quite a few times but it was my friends first experience there and they also throughly enjoyed their afternoon tea experience.
