Impeccable service; staff were fast, polite and went above and beyond to help create a special setting. Food was top notch; I recommend the Rib-Eye Tacos. Drinks were splendid; I recommend the Mojitos and Pina Coladas. Dessert was also delicious and unique, I recommend the 3 Milk Cake. Make sure to reserve a Casita (Cabana) for a remarkable experience with that special someone.

Beautiful romantic beach setting with amazing service. The servers went out of their way to accommodate us and our dietary preferences. It was a very memorable experience. Highly recommended.

We booked a private Cabana for dinner. It was fantastic. Pablo and Pedro did a great job taking care of us. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was perfect.

Oh my God, if you go to Cancun and not visit Casitas, you haven't gone to Cancun. Our second visit to this restaurant. Save extra money, and rent a cabana. Very beautiful. I really love this place. This time we want Oysters. The chef was asked to grill it for us, which they don't usually do: omg, ot was so good. We double the order. Our servers Moises and pedro were the most humble servers I have ever encountered. Wonderful experience.

A favorite of ours whether you sit in standard seating or a Casita. Excellent food and excellent service with Jonathan. So enjoyable, we went back the very next night as we have done on previous trips. Gorgeous oceanfront, setting.

A beautiful scene on the beach to have dinner. Ladies can wear heels as there is concrete and wood platforms. The seafood rice casserole is an entire meal on it's own for 2 people. The Tres Leche cake is divine! The service was impeccable.

It was an amazing view. Amazing service. Waiters are extremely nice. And the best is that in the middle of our dinner, the baby turtles started to hatch and run towards the sea, and that was such a unique experience!!!

Marcos was exceptional and we got an extra special treat getting to see the sea turtles coming up from the ocean to nest. Lobster bisque is a must. Wonderful experience and delicious food! Go if you can, you won’t regret it.

Patricio and team are veterans and incredible. It’s always an amazing experience and the food is delicious. But a $100 fee just to eat at the Casista is an unwelcome change under the new Kempinski ownership. For a brand that does not have any recognition in North America. That said, it’s always a great experience and the service team deserves that $100, even though I can’t imagine it goes to them

They changed the comfortable outdoor chairs and tables for Home Depot like patio furniture. So do not wear anything nice here. Service was horrible. Food ok. This is not the Casitas the Ritz Carlton had.

It was really good, food & service is amazing! They are friendly and at the same time they let you do your own business. They had everything set up for us just as we asked for. Letting them know before hand every thing that you need is really useful for them to give you exactly what you want. Really the best option!

My experience here was fantastic, moses really gave us the best night I would highly recommend, everything about here was perfect, the hotel was beautiful, the views were amazing, the music playing softly in the background, this was one of the best experiences if not the best we have had and again moses was a big reason for this. He was telling us things about the stars, took pictures of us so we had captured all the special moments of the night, he told us some storys aswell which were great, I had proposed this night and she said yes so could not have asked for a better night.

The best restaurant on the beach. If you’re looking for a romantic, once in a lifetime experience, go to Casitas and ask to be served by Moses. He made our entire evening for my girlfriends birthday amazing.

Moses is incredible! He gave us the most amazing anniversary experience we've ever had! The food was amazing! Moonlight dinner on the beach! This was absolutely incredible and Moses made it even better! His pictures, lighting changes, and astronomy lessons were so amazing!

when we were already seated, we were charged a sum of $100 dollars for a "usage fee", not being able to deduct from the consummation, and when we went to pay the bill they said they did not receive payment in cash, and none of this is informed in their website and no other location.

It was our last honeymoon dinner in Cancun. Our server Moises was attentive, sweet, and took the time to capture some beautiful pictures of my husband and I. Casitas was definitely the perfect place to celebrate our last night and the food was delicious! We even got lucky and witnessed two sea turtles come lay their eggs. Overall it was an amazing night, made truly special by our waiter.
