Our current hours are as follows.
Monday - Thursday, Dinner 4:30pm to 9:00pm
Friday- Saturday, Dinner 4:30pm to 9:30pm

Policies: We do require a credit card for reservations. We reserve the right to charge guests who do not show up for their reservations or cancel within a 24 hour notice.
The charge for NO SHOW is $25 per guest. We will hold your table for 15min max, and will automatically allot 2hrs for your dining pleasure.
Parties of 5 or more will need to make special accommodations with the hostess.

                                      My husband and I had a delightful dinner sitting in the front porch area this evening. Initially we were concerned we would be too cold, but we were fine. We noticed the management bringing a blanket to one customer. We liked the leisurely pace of our meal and did not feel rushed. We also liked the spaciousness of Casanova, unlike some Carmel restaurants, where customers are jammed very close. Service was unobtrusive and excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our starters and entrees. I had the duck, which was delicious and my husband had the chicken. The vegetables accompanying the meats were imaginatively prepared. We loved our meals. We would gladly return to Casanova.

                                      The wait staff is attentive and fun. We had really good wine and cocktails. I had the green salad and the asparagus gnocchi. The salad dressing was light and delicious and it had shallots in it. I love shallots. My gnocchi were little tender pillows of delight, and the sauce was light and loaded with flavor. One of our friends had the same asparagus gnocchi and she too loved it. My sister had the cannaloni made with short ribs, and that was very, very delicious. Our other friend had the appetizer gnocchi, and it was delightful. I love this restaurant, and I eat there every time I go to Carmel.

                                      Quite an experience. Food was exceptional! The waiter was excellent. Great personality and really made the whole night even better….we asked lots of questions!
