Benvenuti! Casa Santo Stefano is a new Sicilian restaurant from the Gonzmart family, owners of the Columbia Restaurant Group. The lunch and dinner menus feature maccheroni (pasta), steaks, seafood, scacciata, salads, soups, desserts and hundreds of Sicilian wines. Curbside takeout is available by calling the main phone number. The rooftop Santo's Drinkeria also is open.

Housed in a beautifully re-imagined former 1925 Ybor City macaroni factory, the restaurant is a look back to Sunday suppers, simpler times and shared stories.

Dress code: Casa Santo Stefano often is visited for celebrations and special occasion meals, so it is common for our guests to sport formal wear in the dining room. We welcome everyone, but politely ask that men wear sleeves at Casa Santo Stefano.

The TECO Streetcar stops at Centennial Park, 20th Street and 8h Avenue. This streetcar runs between Downtown Tampa and Ybor City.

Food was spectacular. We were seated quickly. The restraunt was beautiful. We had the insalata d'arance with blood oranges to start, the pasta alla Norma, and the torta al limone for dessert. We shared it all and left full as the portion sizes were ample. Let the dessert come up to room temp for the maximum limone flavor to come through. Reasonable price. We will definitely return.

This was one of the most satisfying experiences I've had in my entire life. The quality of food was PHENOMENAL and the authenticity made me feel as if I was part of the Sicilian culture. Thank you for preparing such a lovely meal and treating me and my date as part of the familia!

El restaurante es agradable y la decoración es atractiva. Llegamos al restaurante mucho antes de la hora de la reserva y no nos pudieron acomodar. Entonces nos invitaron a ir al Rooftop. Allí tomamos unas cervezas mientras esperamos. El bartender fue extremadamente amable. El manager del rooftop también fue muy amable y nos acomodó en la terraza ya que en el bar hacía mucho frío. La gran decepción fue la comida. Simple. Sin sabor. El tipo de pasta que harías tú mismo en tu casa. Mal compactada. Además el server se olvidó del queso Parmesano aunque le pedimos varias veces.

It was super nice to go to this place. Excellent food. On this occasion I chose a Ribeye steak and its point and flavor were excellent. I was able to enjoy a spectacular Mother's Day with my partner and daughter. I'll be back for more

Nice Mother’s Day dinner. Everyone enjoyed the food as always. Server Daniel was doing his best, but was overwhelmed with tables, therefore the level of service we usually expect here was missing. Overall this is still one of our favorite spots!

Casa Santo Stefano was fantastic. We went for Mother's Day and everything was just great. All of our entrees were prepared well and tasted great. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. It was our first visit, but it definitely will not be our last. I'd highly recommend this restaurant if you love great Italian food done well.

It's simple. Put SALT in the bread so it doesn't taste like Styrofoam. My husband had the squid ink pasta and it was overcooked to mush. Olive Garden makes better lasagna than I was served. The bright spot was our server, Giovanna. She was excellent!

Server Brittni was wonderful. Humorous, kind, and talkative! Food was just too perfect. A little bit of a wait, but was definitely worth it. Highly recommend, and will be back here soon.

The atmosphere is amazing from the pictures to seeing the cooks cook. The food was made to perfection with even the noodles being authentic. The server was attentive and gave great service. Great place to go, relax and eat great Italian food. And then going outside there’s a bricked road that was nice to see.

Wonderful service and thanks to who ever fixed my reservation since I made it for the wrong night. They were able to accommodate us with no problems. We have eaten here many times and have always had great service.

Great service and delicious food. We enjoy Casa Santo Stefano very much. The noise was a little more difficult to deal with this trip but it got better once a large table left.

They have changed their menu a little bit ..Missed the calzones they use to have . Have some new items we try the Fish was Deliches . the waitress Ana was awesome It was my BDAY and celebrating Mothers day with my mom had a great time

Everything was GREAT!! The food, the service, the wine and the value were GREAT!! Our server Mateo was very professional, attentive and fantastic. He recommended a perfect wine for our dinner and it was on point!

Once again an outstanding dinner experience dinner. This time we brought friends from out of state and they were also delighted with the restaurant. Food was excellent, as well as the service. Prices very reasonable vs quality and quantity of food. Highly recommend this place !!

Our server, Adam, was very attentive and personable and made our evening a pleasure. We had the lasagna, chicken parm, caesar salad and the arancini which were all absolutely delicious. We especially love the way the caesar salad is constructed, with fresh romaine stalks and wonderful dressing. We look forward to our return.

I was disappointed in my food and the service. I had the mussel appetizer and the mussels were mushy and the broth didn't have a lot of flavor. The bread that came with the mussels was tasteless. The bread that was put on the table when we sat down had way too much yeast and not enough flavor. My dining companions had pasta dishes and said they were OK but not great. Service was uneven. Salad plates were still on the table when our main courses arrived and weren't taken away even then. We had to ask a couple of times for a cocktail, a glass of wine, and a utensil. I hadn't been here for a year, but my last meal there was great. I don't think I'll go back.

The food was wonderful. We tried the new Casa Sandwiches, the steak sandwich and the sausage sandwich. Our server, Gordon, was a true gem. He is one of the original,staff that opened the restaurant in Nov. 2020. He had deep knowledge of the menu and made good suggestions. We enjoyed chatting with him, probably more than usual as it was late lunch and not so busy.
