Benvenuti! Casa Santo Stefano is a new Sicilian restaurant from the Gonzmart family, owners of the Columbia Restaurant Group. The lunch and dinner menus feature maccheroni (pasta), steaks, seafood, scacciata, salads, soups, desserts and hundreds of Sicilian wines. Curbside takeout is available by calling the main phone number. The rooftop Santo's Drinkeria also is open.

Housed in a beautifully re-imagined former 1925 Ybor City macaroni factory, the restaurant is a look back to Sunday suppers, simpler times and shared stories.

Dress code: Casa Santo Stefano often is visited for celebrations and special occasion meals, so it is common for our guests to sport formal wear in the dining room. We welcome everyone, but politely ask that men wear sleeves at Casa Santo Stefano.

It is a very casual place. Most people are dressed in shorts. It is loud tables are close together. We had a reservation for our anniversary and was disappointed where we were seated at a small table in the walkway. We could hear all of our neighbors conversation. The waitress was attentive and the food was good. The menu selection is mostly pasta and pizza. I will probably not go back because I was disappointed.

It was a big birthday dinner- Food and service was outstanding - Flynn was our waiter- he was excellent in every way! We will be back again for sure!

Food is amazing as always however, the service this time was terrible. Waited 10 min just to get water. Bar drinks took forever and refills for those drinking sodas was non-existent. Fortunately we Sat at a table next to where the water pitchers were so we grabbed it to refill our waters. Had to ask multiple times for Parmesan cheese which finally came 10 min after the food was delivered. Our bread that we asked for multiple times came as we finished our meals. While the food was amazing and we have had great experiences prior, we are debating if we will go again especially since we had friends visiting out of town with us.

Perfect birthday dinner! Food is fabulous, our server was outstanding, the atmosphere is great. Casa Santo Stefano is a landmark in Ybor City. Will definitely be back!

Pasta was soft, tomato sauce was bland. Chicken Marsala was excellent. Ambiance was great.
