The grilled calamari in roasted red pepper and tomato sauce was the star plate for the evening, which was among many star dishes. And, free wine corkage Sunday, through Thursday.

                                                                              Once you find the restaurant - in the most unexpected place - you are treated to wonderful service, awesome Italian food, a real great experience. And best, you can bring your own bottles of wine - many nights of the week - and not pay a silly corkage fee.

                                                                              Always feel welcome in this restaurant. The owner, personally greets you with a big smile. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Short ribs -- fantastic. Great for big groups and for families as well as for a more romantic dinner.

However this time the service was slow and neglected us for dessert and coffee service after our dinner. We had to wait 20 minutes before anyone came to offer dessert or coffee and also the final check. It’s almost like the server stopped any attention to our table.

                                                                              Casa Nostra never disappoints. In fact it’s always a treat. The owner/manager and staff always greet as we enter, the service staff is near flawless, and the food is wonderful. Plenty of rustic Italian bread is unconditionally served and every table has a nice olive oil and balsamic. The atmosphere is surprisingly inviting considering the restaurant’s location. Everyone involved gives the impression they were born to be part of a fine Italian restaurant.
