This was one of the worst restaurant experience we have had to date. We purposely made reservations after the buffet time period, because we do not prefer buffets. When we arrived and were sat, we were told buffet was the only option because they decided to extend it. Knowing it is Mother’s Day and we wouldn’t be able to walk in to a different place, we decided to stay, even though it would be double the price per person. Also, at this point it is 3:15 and they said buffet would end at 4. So we have to pay this price to access it for 40 minutes?When asking for a drink menu, we were told mimosas or water was the only option. We went to the burger and it was unreal. Nearly every single dish was completely empty. I went to speak to an employee and they said soon more food would be brought out. Needless to say, outside of rice and potatoes, food was not replenished. Dishes were not clean. I was actually mortified that my family drove an hour for this experience. I was told a manager would come out three times, and of course they never did. While I know this is an extremely busy day, we have taken our mother out every single year on this day. We experience longer wait times, which we fully understand, but this was a horrific experience. The least they could do, is be honest with guests and not have them pay 45+ per person to eat rice and chips covered in beans. Do not say more food will be coming while a family waits and has nothing to pick from. This place came highly recommended but we will never return. It was truly the worst experience to date.

We went this time for Mother’s Day and of course, it was busy. Food wise, they couldn’t keep up with the demand, but they made up for it with their champagne service, so take it for what it is. I’ll be back.

We have been here several time’s previous and it has always been a great experience. Making reservations for Mothers Day, though, was a big mistake. We had a confirmed reservation that could not be found. We had to wait about an hour to finally be seated. Restaurant was over crowded and food lines were very long. By the time we got to the food area there was little to no food; no plates/bowls/silverware. Servers were working hard. We did manage to have a couple of Mimosas each. We spent probably 30-35 minutes in each of two food lines were not able to have our favorites. We were told when finally seated that we were limited to 1.5 hours seat time. We were there about 2 hours. Given that it was a holiday we could not use our prepaid coupons; we understood that. But, to pay $120.00 for two was a big disappointment. As I said to open, our previous experiences have been great and we do plan to return; but never in a Holiday.

I visited for Mother’s Day and the staff were very disorganized. Even if you had a reservation you were getting seated half an hour or more later. At some point others with later reservations were getting seated before others. Once seated and able to get food, all food trays were empty. After attempting multiple times to see if it was restocked there wasn’t much there. They happened to run out of food and they had no desserts by the later reservations. It was a very frustrating situation.

This review is based on a Sunday Mother’s Day brunch buffet day. Went for Mother’s Day made a reservation ahead of time and even called ahead of time to confirm. I expected it to be chaotic since it was Mother’s Day but it was a horrible experience. Pretty much there was no point of making a reservation as it was not respected. Appeared like the manager was seating “preferred” guests. With enough pressure we were able to get seated but we had to get our own utensils, cups, plates, they ran out of food. It was bad. People were nice and the food was good (from what I could taste). This review is based on a Sunday Mother’s Day brunch buffet day.

The food was very good but they only had two stations for the large number of tables they had. The lines at the buffet we're very long. When we were sat, I would host as asked us to to no more than an hour and a half. However, our waitress did not come to our table and asked for our drink order for 38 minutes after we were seated. After 20 minutes of being seated we had asked the manager for assistance and then another waitress and it still took 38 minutes. I do understand that that we went on a busy day, still think that was excessive.

This place just isn’t run well. We had a reservation for 10 people all set up for my daughter’s graduation dinner and when we arrived, they told us it wasn’t really a reservation - it just put us on the waitlist! Huh? It was a reservation through OpenTable! We ended up waiting an hour past our reservation time before we got seated! They simply overbooked themselves for graduation weekend and we paid the price. The food was decent but we’ll never go back. My daughter has had poor service there before too.

Really nice looking place very unorganized on our Mother’s Day event we made reservations and we’re unable all to sit together. They didn’t seem like they had a lot of staff, also they kept running out of food for long periods of time really nice place but they seem like they need some help on that day.

Reservation was for 615, seated by around 630ish. From there, it went downhill. Seated and waited for about 15 mins for someone to take our drink order and bring chips. To cut through all the in-between stuff, our food arrived at the table at 730. Granted, it was a Friday night, but an hour? Once the food was served, all we could say was we waited an hour for this? It's very bland and just barely warm. We joked that Taco Bell would've been a better choice. I've been here several times, and this was by far the worst.

Very busy restaurant with live music on he plaza Friday night. We had a reservation, but were seated 30 mins late. The service was friendly but severely slow. Waited 30 minutes to order food then another hour for food to arrive. Food was good and the portions were big. There’s either a staffing issue or a kitchen issue or both.

We all 4 had a wonderful experience and will be returning. The food was excellent as well as the value. Most of all what made our experience great was our waiter Gerardo. He was fun and engaging and talked us into margaritas. Win- win

My friends and I had a great time! Service was great! Food was delicious! Drinks were on point! Had no problems with reservations! In fact, had a great table ready to accommodate our large group. Everyone enjoyed their experience here!

Great buffet breakfast. Very attentive service except for when I asked a server for chips and salsa, she said no, not during brunch. The table behind us asked a different server, and she gladly brought them chips and salsa. So we asked her, and she brought them out with no issue. Not sure what that was all about but all and all a great experience.

We went for brunch. So many dishes to choose from. My favorites are the made to order omelets and tacos. The tortillas are handmade in front of you, there are 4 different kinds of meat to choose from and they have a nice selection of toppings. Mimosas were included and they kept coming over for refills. It was chilly when we went but we chose to sit outside and the heater worked great. We will go back.

They had no idea that we had a reservation but managed to get us a table quickly. Every one was very nice, but service was slow. For example there was 8 of us, the bartender brought us our bar drinks out one at a time, rather than the server bringing them out all at once. Took longer than normal to order, and the normal flow of service was lagging. But again everyone was very friendly, just thrown off by the pace and the fact they weren’t aware of our reservation.

We had a reservation for 10 on Monday night, however when we got there at 9:50pm they told us, “sorry we closed at 9” I said but we made reservations. They said yeah we closed a little early.. so we had to find somewhere else to go eat smh

The service and quality of the food were exceptional! I loved the pumpkin martini and the mole enchiladas I had. My four other friends loved their choices of food and drinks as well. Our waiter was very helpful, courteous, and hospitable. We had a great experience, considering we were very skeptical about trying a new Mexican food place!

We came here for the Thanksgiving Day buffet, after previously doing a Sunday Brunch here. The weather was nice, and they have a nice outdoor patio. We really liked the Sunday Brunch, and on Thanksgiving Day they had the usual turkey and stuffing, but also retained some of their Mexican specialties, which we appreciated. Great service from Cielo, and Yadira. Our champagne, and water glasses were never empty. One more instance of great service. We just happened to mention that we missed the churros from the regular Sunday Brunch on the Thanksgiving spread. No problem our serves said. We'll make you some. About 15 minutes later they presented a plate full of warm churros, and ice cream. They really pay attention here, and are really looking to make your visit a great experience.

This is her third time here. The waiters and waitresses are super friendly and remembered us. They always check in to make sure you’re OK and they have a wonderful all you can eat buffet with mimosas included. The ambience is lively and fun! It’s an a beautiful part of downtown Claremont. Definitely a must go!

Our adult daughter and I went on a Friday evening and enjoyed the live music playing next to their outdoor patio; city function. My chicken enchiladas were yummy, great beans, but I prefer more tomato sauce and seasoning in my rice. Our daughter had the birria tacos and the she said the dipping sauce was too thick and had a really intense flavor she didn’t care for. Although she wouldn’t order it again, she has been here before and really loves their dishes. Our mixed drinks were delicious! She had a michelada and I had a watermelon margarita. I enjoyed the festive environment and good service. We both will come back!

I love this place but the service is terrible. Not enough servers. The servers are great but there needs to be more to deal with the crowd. I usually go for brunch and there is never enough servers to deal with the crowd. The food is authentic Mexican food that is excellent. However, this last time the air conditioning was not working and we had to wait forever to have them provide the check, take our cards and return to cards to the table. Not a place to go if in a hurry.

Really good food, must be a chef run restaurant as quality and flavor was great. Excellent salsa. Decent margaritas that are not too sweet, fresh lime flavor. Service was off, or we were avoided a lot. We tried to engage staff to be a bit more personable, but they were not interested, and it wasn't busy. Will definitely be back though.
