Welcome to Carve Kitchen + Meatery, a premium casual dining experience in a bright and inviting space. Specializing in exceptional steaks, our menu goes beyond with everything from succulent chicken dishes to enticing vegan offerings. We’re committed to sourcing ingredients locally wherever possible and cultivate some of our produce in an onsite garden.

Wow! My hubs and I went to celebrate our birthdays and Carve did not disappoint! We had the prime rib special and I want to kidnap the chef and have him make me the potatoes everyday! The food was stellar presented beautifully. The service impeccable (thank you Aislin?) and the experience was unforgettable. I highly recommend this spot for a top notch, high end experience. We will be back...maybe just for the potatoes lol. 🙂

Since Carve opened we have been their most frequent diners! We love the food both in presentation and in taste. We love the staff, who are always positive, smiling and efficient! We highly recommend Carve!

Carve succeeded all of our expectations for dinner and breakfast. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. The contemporary dining room has a nice and ambience. After dinner we finished the evening with a nightcap curled up on a comfy sofa by an outdoor firepit. Menu prices justified by the exceptional quality of food/offerings.

I went there twice this week both for dinners. There were superb and plenty full. Service was excellent. Everything was prompt and very satisfied. Especially to Beth works so hard with all the smile on her face and always on the go. Thank you, Beth, thank you!. This young lady deserves a raise. :-) Thanks for excellent service.

We were there to celebrate our lovely friend’s birthday. Beth was our server and she was fabulous. She took great care of us. The food was exceptional - everything was perfect! Thank you so much! We will be back.

Carve Kitchen is a beautiful restaurant with friendly, professional staff. The chateaubriand was amazing. It is a high-end restaurant, we will definitely go back for a special occasion.

My wife and I finally got a night out on the town for her birthday and we decided to give Carve a try. I work with the husband of the Horticulturalist there and they highly recommended it if you have a steak craving. Well guess what, we did. The Mrs. got the 6 oz bacon wrapped tenderloin and I got the 10 oz striploin and man were they ever delicious. We started with a Caesar salad and a few cocktails and they were also very tasty. We were served by Sakuraba and he was a delightful gentleman that understood we were in a bit of a time crunch to catch a show. My meal was so good and I have to learn to chew slower when I eat, but there were moments I had to close my eyes to enjoy the taste, it was that good. We finished with a lemon tart for desert that was comped by the restaurant for my wife's big day, which was much appreciated. Definitely a treat for us that is usually out our price range but was worth every penny. Thanks again for the delicious meal and peaceful ambiance

We were staying at the resort and had our anniversary dinner in the restaurant. We were promptly greeted, wished a happy anniversary and taken to our table. The setting was lovely. Our server, Prabhat, was very attentive, friendly and explained the menu in detail. We received a complimentary appy of salmon mousse, then ordered the stuffed onion ring, Caesar salad, halibut and brownie dessert along with a bottle of wine. Prabhat ensured our wine glasses were never empty. After dinner he brought us blankets when sitting outside around a fire table.
