Our waiter was great and the manager coming out to see how our dinner was, was so nice. Thank you for fixing our seating to 7 and doing a cake for my sister-in-law bday

Been to cannery alot but never went to this restaurant. Put together a last second date night with my wife. Service was excellent. Food was very good for the price and atmosphere. The waiter who I wish I remembered his name was absolutely top notch. I put some comments on OpenTable for the reason for the celebration night. Not only did he recognize this to surprise my wife but gave us a small dessert complimentary as well.

the reviews were correct.. amazing food and drinks.. Great value .. Service was awesome.. I don’t know why anyone would eat on the strip take a uber or taxi to Carve .. you will not be disappointed

We had the 12 oz prime rib with calamari and stuffed mushrooms to start. The mushrooms were good and the calamari was cooked perfectly. The prime rib was also cooked perfectly and delicious - a little much fat on my piece for my liking but cooked perfect for medium rare. But my favorite part of the meal was the side upgrade to lobster bisque which was incredible, it’s thick and creamy and delicious. And the service was outstanding, will definitely be back.
