Bone-In Caramelized Prime Rib pecan-wood fired and crusted, prepared to your preference from medium to well-done, then caramelized, topped with CARVE Steak Butter, and served with Truffle Merlot Demiglace and creamy horseradish for $69/person (+tax & gratuity). Sides are available for an extra charge. Enjoy $13 brunch-inspired cocktails from 11 AM – 3 PM! A credit card is required to hold your DINE-IN reservation. If you need to cancel, please do so within 48 hours of the reservation time to avoid a $15 per person cancellation fee. Full menu also available.

Menu has a nice variety of items. Portions are huge and absolutely justify the price on top of quality. My whole family was pleasantly surprised with the draft beer, wine and cocktails. Love that they are open by 11am and include brunch and the whole menu, hard to find in Austin when most nicer restaurants don't open until 5pm. Highly recommend and has two locations!

Our waiter, Alex, was excellent! He checked in on us several times to make sure we received what we ordered and if it was acceptable. We also had a special occasion for one in our group (a birthday and a promotion) and he took care of us with a comped dessert…nice touch! Food was plentiful and awesome - we will go back.

The food was fabulous! We enjoyed everything. The food was a tad salty but didn’t deter from our enjoyment of the meal. The service was good and the ambiance was great. Will definitely be going back!

Delicious food, comfortable and handsome atmosphere, attentive staff. Made for a memorable birthday dinner with family. Would recommend for special occasion/date night—away from hectic downtown but centrally located in a newly developed pocket of town. Easy to find parking (& it’s free).
