Sides are available for an extra charge. Enjoy $13 brunch-inspired cocktails from 11 AM – 3 PM! A credit card is required to hold your DINE-IN reservation. Honestly the meal we just had at Carve was absolutely amazing. Every dish was was delicious. My mother had the salt and pepper shrimp she said it was amazing. My father had the chicken pot pie he said it was great. I had the fireworks chicken and the taste and quality were very good. The potatoes were a tad too spicy for me but still had a good taste. We also had the spinach artichoke dip that comes with chips and I have to say theirs is probably the best I’ve ever had!! We shared the truffle steak fries, WOW are they yummy!! The tower of toast bread dish is also amazing! The only thing wrong with it was that the pieces below the top piece could have been a bit more toasted as the addition of the balsamic made them a bit too soft though they still tasted great. We had the smoky s’mores as a dessert and got our waitress to torch it extra extra. If you like chocolate it’s a great dish. I like the burnt marshmallow taste the best so I would have liked it better if it had about half the amount chocolate. But it’s still a very good dessert! My mother said her margarita was especially good! Our waitress was stellar! She came back often and replaced drinks without me even noticing it at least twice. When we had eaten all of the bread we could she packed it up for us then later packed up the rest of our entrees too. The ONLY thing that was even the slightest bit unpleasant was the fact that the restaurant is VERY loud. Our reservation was at 5:15 and it was already a bit loud then and continued to get louder and louder. I wish acoustics were more of a consideration when building restaurants!! We will definitely be going back more frequently from now on but we will probably try to pick off times due to the noise level.

Our steak had way too much seasoning. Our server seemed to forget about us but brought our check while clearing our dinner plates. The exit seemed rushed. They did seat us in a quieter corner.

We always have a fantastic time at CARVE American Grille—Barton Creek. We never have to wait for our reservations; the staff is friendly and helpful. The food quality is always superb, and they have the best bartenders in town.
