Often overlooked because it's been here so long, but CK never disappoints. The back patio in ideal weather is perfect. May I suggest the bacon jam, Devil's eggs, veal meatballs, watermelon feta salad. Don't skip the craft cocktails!

Every item ordered was top notch and could not have been better. The Short Rib steak was outstanding. (Note, I would pass on the hot dog burnt ends though) Service was wonderful. Definitely would go back and recommend highly.

As always everything was wonderful! The Shaved Brussels Sprouts Caesar’s was new to us and very delicious. After trying the Veal Meatballs I think we have caught up trying the complete menu, they were also very good. They never disappoint here. Next visit we are going back to some favorites like chicken skins, Oxtail Risotto , Cocoa- Espresso NY Strip……….

Every time I’m on Las Vegas for a conference I eat here. It’s nice to get off the strip, chill, eat good food, listen to the terrific classic rock soundtrack and take my time. Each time I bring a new batch of friends / colleagues along. I’m not going to identify any especially good dishes as everything I’ve eaten over the past decade here has been delicious. Go, now!

Very unimpressed. Everyone it is alacarte and family style. Which is ok, but not ok how all the dishes came out at odd times. Beware!

Glad we'd reserved a table weeks in advance, otherwise it would have been a 2-hour wait. The patio was quiet and relaxing and our server was lovely. The grilled oysters & mac & cheese were good, the chicken thighs and rainbow cauliflower were great, but the "Devil's" Eggs & Black Rice Oxtail Risotto were definitely the showstoppers. Also recommend ordering both the Bourbon Fudge Brownie & the Glazed Donut Bread Pudding then combining the Brown Butter Bacon Ice Cream from the brownie dish with the Donut Bread Pudding for the ULTIMATE desert. My new favorite restaurant in Vegas - will definitely be coming back on our next visit.

The food was awful! Burger was way over salted and they blamed it on pickles. Only think g that was ok was tater tots and we ordered 9 different items from menu. All food was too salty and greasy.

We made a reservation through OpenTable app for 7 people, 7:45 pm, with a note of the occasion being a birthday. Our table was a 4 to 5 person table they added a couple chairs to. No biggie, we're adaptable and we're there to have a fun birthday dinner. Our waitress, unfortunately, was the worst part. At first we thought she was having a bad night, because she was "trying" to act nice but it was not genuine in the least. I wish I remembered her name because the Owner needs to release her for the sake of the business. Customer service is not her strong suit and she acts like she is superior to her customers. She initially came to our table in a timely manner but the rest was a train wreck. After we got our drinks and she took our orders, we didn't see her until we got her attention after waiting 25+ minutes for her to show up. She did bring water to our table but never asked if we wanted other drink refills or more drinks from the bar and we waited long periods between anyone coming to our table. Also, it was 45 minutes between the first and last people to get their meals. When we pointed out that people didn't have their food she replied "it's coming" in a very snotty tone without checking or apologizing for all the extended wait times thus far. People were finished eating before the last two got their food. We asked for separate checks when taking our orders and she said "OK, I've got it" but brought one check at the end. I took it to the manager, she said their system cannot do that. I asked why did the waitress tell us she'd do it then. The manager just repeated herself and never apologized. For great service we overtip ~25%. We don't tip for bad service, so we left a $5 tip. She was so upset she came out of the restaurant seething and yelled, in the same snotty tone, "Are sure you don't want your change?!" We ignored her, she was not our problem anymore, but she persisted and yelled "Are you sure?!" Staring at us intensely like she wanted to fight or something.

First of all, stop what you are doing and make a reservation. Then, when you arrive, immediately head to the bar and ask Kendahl to make you a “Margarian with Vodka”. (The key word here is KENDAHL!) Not only does she give 10 star service, but she makes a drink you will NEVER forget ! EVER. By that point you probably won’t even care about the food… but if you still do, the Mac and cheese is one that make you inappropriately moan while out in public. But still worth it. Anyway; all you need to to remember from this review is Kendahl. You’re welcome. Byeee.

I had high hopes for Carson's. The drinks were not very good. the appetizers were not great, pork belly should never be dry. The Butter Burger was actually gross, gross might be a bit harsh, but it wasn't good. 3 out of 4 of us ordered the Butter Burger and agreed, bad. No one finished their meal.

I made a reservation for a birthday dinner, dining alone, but was unfortunately disappointed. Maybe because I came 45mins to closing, but I ordered steak and it was incredibly chewy and the sangria was watery. It was also a little disappointing that the steak didn’t come with any sides. I wasn’t told my waitress’ name and my birthday wasn’t acknowledged. I usually enjoy dining solo, but felt awkward in this setting. The only highlights were the bread pudding and the killer shrimp.

This place was recommended to us by locals. We decided to try it and were very disappointed. The air conditioning was broken and it was super hot inside the restaurant. We shared a few items as that’s what our server recommended. We tried the gyro tacos - while not advertised as spicy, they were and I couldn’t eat them. We then had the watermelon & feta salad. It was cold and refreshing. We then had the NY strip steak and it was awful! Grisly and fatty! For $38 it wasn’t worth it at all. They only had one dessert available and it was a gloopy pudding dish with crushed Oreos on top. Not good at all! We sure wouldn’t recommend this place or return ourselves!

When we lived in Vegas, this was one of our favorite restaurants. We had not been back since 2021 and it didn’t disappoint. We were able to get all our old favorites: Alabama bbq thighs, cauliflower and deviled eggs. CK is very consistent and reliable.

A fun place nestled near Freemont Street. Very delicious menu and it changes from time to time. We had a large group and they were accomodating with combining two reservations into a single table, but looked like between seating at the bar area or some smaller tables, lots of groups like ours just enjoying the night.

I travel to Vegas a few times a year but always make a point to visit this place. It is consistently some of the best food I've had in Vegas and always has a warm, friendly atmosphere. It's a little off main strip but it's well worth the journey. Fried Chicken Skins and Oxtail risotto? No Notes!

First, the counter seating must go away. Sitting next to a constantly-used door where wind blows away items at your table and cold wind at your back and food is ridiculous. Service was non existent. If this were our first experience, would never have come back. Waitress initially came, put in an appetizer and never returned. Completed it with no drinks nor meal ordered. What we ate was good, but the rest of the experience left a bad taste. We left and had dinner elsewhere.

We have been to Carson’s Kitchen many times, but we wanted to share the experience with our friend who was visiting. She loved the restaurant, and like us, she was quite impressed with the quality of the food and beverage. Our waitress was also our bartender and we really liked her a lot.
