Specializing in creative American cuisine and thoughtfully crafted cocktails, Carson Kitchen sits in the heart of Las Vegas' downtown dining scene. Carson Kitchen is built on a philosophy of reimagined comfort food prepared with approachable fine-dining ingredients. The restaurant concept originated in 2014, opening in the historic Fremont East district of Downtown Las Vegas, a partnership between chef and restaurateur Cory Harwell and his dear friend, the late Chef Kerry Simon. Designed to bring a carefully curated experience to our country’s unique & vibrant neighborhoods, Carson Kitchen features a contemporary bar, open kitchen expo counter, and community tables in an industrial yet inviting architecture.

    GO eat here! Food is outstanding! It’s shared plates and everything was really good. Good value. And cocktails good too. Note-roof top deck is for private parties only.

    Our server was nice and she was very attentive to our table. Food came out hot and every dish tasted great. Favorite was the Turkey Burger, really surprised me and will come back for that dish. Overall love the space and the food. Will recommend to others.

    There was a large party that reserved the second floor and the scraping noise was impossible to ignore. I have made Carson Kitchen a must stop every time I have visited Vegas. Food was again excellent but the noise ruined the experience.

    The food was excellent. Plenty of options. We sat outside on the patio. It was beautiful. The service was also very good.

    The bread pudding is “a spiritual experience”. Amazing service and food. If you’re in Vegas this is a must visit restaurant.

    Always a stop for us when we visit Vegas. Service is fantastic. Food so good. We had oysters, shrimp, the bacon jam, the oxtail dish and a flatbread. The bread pudding was a super finish. God is so flavorful. They are not afraid to season.
