Specializing in creative American cuisine and thoughtfully crafted cocktails, Carson Kitchen sits in the heart of Las Vegas' downtown dining scene. Carson Kitchen is built on a philosophy of reimagined comfort food prepared with approachable fine-dining ingredients. The restaurant concept originated in 2014, opening in the historic Fremont East district of Downtown Las Vegas, a partnership between chef and restaurateur Cory Harwell and his dear friend, the late Chef Kerry Simon. Designed to bring a carefully curated experience to our country’s unique & vibrant neighborhoods, Carson Kitchen features a contemporary bar, open kitchen expo counter, and community tables in an industrial yet inviting architecture.

    Four of us shared some well prepared dishes and cocktails. We tried the bacon jam, chicken cracklings, watermelon salad, black bean and oxtail risotto, short rib steak and barramundi. We enjoyed the variety and would recommend them all. The dish introduction when brought to the table was appreciated and well done. Our server was the weak link, didn’t interact or try to suggest anything, only cared that we ordered right away. We would return!

    This is my go-to restaurant everytime I'm in LV. Food quality and value us outstanding. Don't miss their deviled eggs but everything is amazing without exception so far

    What a hidden gem. Unique offerings and everything was delicious. We enjoyed deviled eggs, Brussels sprouts Caesar , crispy chicken skin and pork belly. I hope to get back soon Thank you!

    Everything was made to order and was delicious. We sampled a lot of their menu and was not disappointed in anything. We definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Las Vegas.

    Great unique experience. Food was tasty and they had some different options. Just ordered several things and they come out individually as they each become ready. Very family style and shareable.

    We shared a few appetizers. They were all good. The drinks were great. The service was wonderful and would consider going back.

    Nice ambiance and food. We sat on the patio so noise wasn't a problem. Food was great and our server, Bianca, was outstanding!
