Had a reservstion but still had to wait 15 min to be seated . Once seated there was confusion over which waitress had our table . Waited for appetizers and our dinner arrived immediatelyafter the appetizers. Seemed like the restaurant wanted to make a quick 250 and kick me out . Felt rushed . I wanted to just chat with my wife after a long week.

Talk about the food, atmosphere and ambiance. It's all there at Carmines. A lot of other places try to build up their restaurants instead of letting their food speak for them. You won't be disappointed in anything on the menu. Keep going back and try something new. The staff is amazing and always make you feel like you are family. You'll never go hungry here or have a bad experience.

We were disappointed on this dining experience. We ended up unhappy with our waiter and didn't feel the food was worth the money we paid. My last visits were much more enjoyable and I left there very disappointed.

Our dinner was absolutely delicious. The portions were large. Mama’s Meatballs were AMAZING. Hands down the best meatballs I’ve had (outside of my grandmothers’!) not to mention they were the size of a softball! SO good and worth the $19. I had the cheese ravioli and the tomato basil sauce was amazing. Service was impeccable. Wonderful experience all around, highly recommend.

You took my reservation for the patio but when I arrived for the second time in a week I got pushed into a dark corner? I would have gone somewhere else if I would have known. Just saying

I booked a table for 4 in front of the fire place. When I walked in I was told that the table was taken in front of the fireplace and it was a first come first serve service. I spent $600 that evening and it still wasn’t good enough for the fireplace seating. Shows you how much they value their clients.

Food was overpriced and not that good. The service was ok but we were told they were out of the special and we were asked if we wanted to substitute with something similar from the menu. When we got the bill, the item they brought to us was twice the price that is $90 instead of $45. Very misrepresented and insulting. I will never go back there again.

The best Italian restaurant in the city or suburbs. Absolutely stunningly beautiful inside and out. The outdoor seating area is very large and beautiful. The menu is filled with authentic Italian cuisine and steaks. I ordered the NY Strip and it was delicious and cooked to perfection. Everyone in our party was extremely happy with the food. The service from John M was outstanding. The general manager Phil stopped by our table to say hello and check on the food and service. We highly recommend Carmine’s in Rosemont.

The staff was unbelievable. They were so attentive. The portions are huge and the food was amazing. I’ve been dreaming about the chicken Parmesan since I left.

Beautiful food. Huge portions so a great value to the price. Waitress not happy and rude when a drink was returned. Salad delivered and five minutes later all food delivered. Felt rushed and it was a business dinner.

Great food with exceptional service. Our server was outstanding, attentive and knowledgeable. The manager even came over after an issue with some gift cards, and he handled it with the upmost professionalism. Would go back.

We had the ribbon’s bolognese which was wonderful. But the short rib was dry and chewy. Our server was excellent!

Good as always. Shelly is the best waitress you all have! Very concerned about guest happiness. What happened to your bread service?? No flat bread, no bread stix, ?? Come on need to step that up a little. Also table cloths are showing wear and need to be changed.

Probably the worst dinner I have had at carmines. 100% service related. We were sat in the patio area. I was subjected to cold air blowing on me all night. I was miserable. Service really rushed the meal and it got to where I didn't order desert because they wanted to keep things moving to the point where I was getting stressed. I understand they want to turn tables but don't offer to box my meal while I am still still eating it.

The scallops appetizer, wedge salad and filet mignon were excellent. Ambiance and service were superb. They also make great martinis - the espresso martini was one of the better in the city. This was our second time and noise level was improved and at a conversational level. We will for sure be back.

Returned to Carmine’s last night for my partner’s birthday dinner. From the moment we entered we were greeted by friendly faces and lead to our table right away. Being a Friday night the restaurant was busy but neither the service or the food suffered. Our server, Christian, moved about his tables taking care of everyone with efficiency and in a professional manner. He was also friendly all the while. The food was excellent; our pasta special arrived to the table hot; the seafood was tender and delicious. As previously mentioned we dined in a busy Friday night yet we were never made to feel rushed.

We came here for a late lunch. I met some friends who were going to O'Hara airport. The valet, George, was outstanding; he helped with their luggage, and the indoor staff put their luggage aside till they left. The linguini with clams was outstanding. My wife's crab cake was very good. All the portions are huge and can be shared. This was my second time coming to her, and I will be back.
