We are business casual. Thank you for not wearing tank tops, sleeveless shirts, flip-flops, gym wear, or short shorts. Dress shorts are acceptable. Please kindly remove your hat when entering the restaurant.

- OUTDOOR PATIO SEATING WILL BE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. We will do our best to accommodate all seating requests but please understand these tables can not be guaranteed because of such limited availability.

Really enjoyed ourselves for the Anniversary Dinner. It was nice that they accommodated the booth and seating.

It was an amazing experience. We came to Rosemont for a concert and had dinner at Carmine’s. The food was exquisite! Everything tasted so fresh and delightful. The service was top notch as well. Noah took really good care of us. He was extremely attentive and helpful.

I love Carmine's outdoor cafe for lunch with friends. It's such a beautiful patio and the service is impeccible. Food is top notch

I usually give Carmine’s, one of my favorite restaurants, an outstanding review. The only reason I gave it a notch down on Overall is because the kitchen will no longer chop the wedge salad at the customer’s request due to “presentation” the waiter said. This is so silly. If the customer wants a salad chopped or something sliced because it’s easier to share with the table, then the kitchen should do it. Period. The waiter was kind enough to cut up the salad himself before he put it on the table, but it was silly he had to do that because the kitchen won’t do it for a paying guest.

Both my brother and I ordered Lasagna and it was ice cold. How difficult is it to make sure you serve Hot Lasagna? Unacceptable.

Outstanding restaurant from the moment you pull up. Valet service is top notch. Host stand is always professional and accommodating. The restaurant itself is beautiful inside and outside. The outdoor dining area is one of the best in all the city or suburbs. Seating inside is spacious and comfortable. The food is where this restaurant shines. Delicious authentic Italian cuisine and steaks that rival any steakhouse. The service is always excellent. Our server John M is simply one of the best in the business. The restaurant’s general manager Phil always stops by to check on us and our satisfaction. Needless to say we highly recommend Carmine’s in Rosemont.
