Mussel appetizer and salmon special was good. Lots of gluten free options. The inside is very noisy. Service was good.

We recently celebrated a birthday party at Carmine's on McGregor Square with a group of eight, and the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Our waitress was simply phenomenal, offering detailed explanations of portion sizes and tempting us with delicious specials. The food was outstanding. We started with warm bread, calamari, and Caesar salad, all of which were fantastic. For the main course, we enjoyed chicken Parmesan, ravioli in vodka sauce, and seafood diavola—each dish was excellent. To top it all off, the chef surprised us with chocolate-covered strawberries and a complimentary dessert. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and sweet, truly making our experience memorable. Her exceptional service was the highlight of our visit. I would highly recommend Carmine's for any special occasion or simply for a great meal

We had a lovely time at Carmine's. The staff and our server were friendly and so helpful in assisting us in our culinary choices. The food was fantastic. We had the chicken marsala, veal piccata, and an amazing homemade pasta. Add in cheesecake and tiramisu, and we all left full and happy. We will be back.

we loved our dinner at carmine’s! our food came quickly, it was quiet and calm inside (even though mcgregor square outside is loud), and the food was so good. best cheesecake i’ve ever had!

Food and service was outstanding. The calamari was delicious, the veal and meatballs and spaghetti was amazing. The tiramisu was great.

I love the food! It is a bit expensive so a rare treat. Waiter was wonderful. Great drinks!

Not a typical experience, didn’t stand by an issue until we made a big deal about it. Manager brushed it off after finally taking the dish off the bill.

Smell of marijuana seemed to be coming from the kitchen, unless it was coming from the parking garage. Also disappointed that the chicken parm did not come with pasta.

Dear Jean: We are a drug free establishment and in no uncertain terms would allow such behavior in a kitchen preparing food. We are sorry that the server did not offer clear explanations regarding that pasta is not included in our protein options.
