Here at Carluccio's, we’ve always been true to our Italian heritage and what food really means to us. The best ingredients, from the best regions, cooked with love.

Our restaurant is conveniently located next to South Kensington underground station and is just a short walk from the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum.

We’re open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday to Sunday. Our menu caters to vegetarians/vegans and those who are following a gluten-free diet.

    We booked for 5pm and not busy. It took ages to get a drink and order food. The waiters were not attentive especially when my 96 year old friend walked to the toilets. There is a disabled one she didn’t see and instead used the ladies which the seat was very low. It took ages to get anyone to process the bill. The food was ok but didn’t look a lot on the plate.

    Generally acceptable food but not quite as good as on previous occasions, or as well presented. My husband's tuna steak option was expensive given the portion size of both the steak and the vegetables and was no larger than the one I had in the tuna salad, which also had a rather soggy dressing. Staff were friendly and efficient.

    Staff were attentive and friendly and the food was delicious. We weren’t rushed which added to the positive experience.

    We are regular customers at Carluccio's South Kensington and other branches. It is nice to be recognised by several members of the staff. It was obvious that the waitresses/waiters were having an unusual difficulty in turning around the orders from the kitchen. However, they were very good in informing us that we would have to wait a bit longer to receive our meals. They work very well as a team in serving the customers well. As usual the food was nice as it is very consistently good. We ate Tuna Abruzzese and Chicken Saltimbocca and Tiramisu for dessert. The chef forgot to put the olives on the former but this was quickly remedied by the staff and it was a bonus of a good quantity. We had a 30% of discount for being regular customers which is always appreciated.

    Good service to begin with but then got forgotten after the main course. Difficult to get anyone’s attention and seemed like the priority was to clean down from the busy lunchtime service rather than take our desert and coffee order. Pudding was amazing when it arrived.

    Conveniently located and a jewel in the Carluccio's crown. Food is cooked to perfection and service is beyond peer. However can you improve the Parmesan fries a little please?
