Kimberly was our waitress and she was phenomenal! Gave fantastic recommendations for our new to this restaurant table ... clearly wanting to try everything on menu lol. Phenomenal experience all around highly recommend ! 10/10

Beautiful cosy place with excellent service. We tried Caesar salad that was good, Carpaccio - I was not impressed and Lasagna - I loved it.

Beautiful restaurant with great ambience. The tables were very close to each other which made conversation limiting. Good selection of choices for Restaurant Week menu, but a little disappointed with dessert.

The food was pretty good. The octopus was a bit overcooked and the pasta special was delicious. There are little twists of service that need to be improved. The server poured tap water into our purchased bottled water and the daily special was 2x more than anything on the menu. In this circumstance, the price of the special should be be announced clearly. Noise level was high.

I had been curious to try Carlotto since it opened, and am glad that I finally did. The space is simply stunning - so dramatic but also cozy and romantic. The roasted cauliflower was cooked to perfection. And the homemade pasta with lobster was out of this world. I finished with the tiramisu, which was just superb. My sever Lili was so wonderful and made certain that my dining experience was perfect. I highly recommend Carlotto and can’t wait to go back myself.

Sat at the bar for dinner with a friend and had a great time. Every seat was taken. Food was excellent as was service. Wasn’t very thrilled with the choices for a glass of white wine. Ended up buying a bottle, which was much better. Atmosphere was very nice. I’d go back.

I like the cozy ambient in this nice restaurant right next to their sister restaurant Ocean. We had a great time and enjoyable girls night out dinner with delicious food, and good attentive service. For appetizers we tried Wild & Foraged Mushroom and Octopus “alla ligure”, both were good and tasty. Pappardelle all’astice was delicious, and the Sweet Corn Risotto was flavorful and not too heavy which I love! The Grilled Salmon was pretty good too and for dessert we really enjoyed the tiramisu.

This little hidden gem, well not so hidden and not so little… was everything I wanted for a Friday night dinning experience. The open kitchen gives space every restaurant should consider. The natural candle lit tables was giving old school dinning in a good way. It was restaurant week and their prefix menu was absolutely stunning. The heirloom tomato panzanella tasted just like Tuscany, and the stuffed fiori di zucca fritti took me back to Rome! Mamma Mia! The risotto with chunks of Alaskan king crab was divine and the strip was cooked to perfection… guys just get both desserts, it would do you well to do so… it takes a lot to have a foodgasm and boy the desserts did not disappoint. Overall… 9.5 Brava!

The food and service were both outstanding! We really enjoyed the zucchini appetizer and the artichoke appetizer. Don’t miss this restaurant when you’re in New York!

A welcome addition to the neighborhood! Delicious pastas, especially the rigatoni neri, and the radicchio salad was wonderful. Very gracious staff too. I’ll be back

Possibly one of the best veal parmigiana in NY. Pastas are excellent. I like the cocktail menu and if you are going to carry limited beers, you do it the way they have. 2 awesome taps. I’ll keep coming back.

a beautiful venue with excellent although not outstanding food and drinks and friendly service. The carpaccio was excellent. wild boar pasta and amatriciana pasta were just OK. they need more flavor. foccacia nothing special. hostess was excellent. Took too long to get entrees and waiter wasn't that helpful in describing the food and failed to mention specials on the menu.

The food was great but the service was terrible: We had to ask 3 times for a glass of wine for my husband. The server lied when I asked him if there was any raw eggs in the dessert and said there were none. Turns out there was a raw egg in the dessert! I am pregnant, so this is unacceptable. He came to apologize when bringing the check and said it wasn’t his fault because he didn’t know and it wasn’t on his cheat sheet…

This small, romantic, hidden gem is a restaurant that will instantly become your regular hangout. The food is delicious with creative touches to Italian classics. And the staff is one of the best teams in the city, making you feel welcome immediately. Love the GM Steph; Maitre D' Jade; my favorite waiter Cory ; and Sam & Jose at the bar! You guys rock.

From the moment we were greeted at the door to our leaving at the end of an excellent dinner, the entire staff could not have been more gracious or welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious -- the meat balls, risotto, lasagna, branzino -- superbly prepared. We look forward to returning soon.

Extremely glad and happy that I went back. It was even better than the first visit. Great service, people (Manager Chan was greatly attentive and friendly!), food, ambiance- what a marvelous dinner. Thank you for such a great experience! Oceans and Calotto=best duo :)

Great spot next to sister restaurant Oceans which is equally good (but larger). Great vibe and food (multiple pastas and veal chop parm) . Waiter pretty attentive and super helpful explaining the menu up front. Sommelier could have been more attentive to when glasses needed to be refilled.
