This was possibly the worst meal of my life. The fish wasn’t fresh and most dishes were flavorless. A huge disappointment.

Un restaurante bueno pero a secas. Realmente es un buen restaurante para que un extranjero pruebe pero para un mexicano el sabor es muy común. Servicio bueno salvo uno que otro mesero.

Pedimos aguachile de camarón y el ceviche de hoja santa y la verdad nos parecieron insípidos. Entiendo que la cocina es una fusión de gastronomía mexicana con la peruana, sin embargo, la proteína empleada en los dos platillos se supone que estaba preparada con leche de tigre como base pero no sabía a nada. Otra cosa es que no hay ventiladores y con el calor que hace y la luz del sol que entra por el centro, parece sauna.

Notre 6e visite , et toujours agréable, une excellente adresse, un must à 2 pas de la Cathédrale. On y retournera encore :) Le poisson entier sauce verte et rouge à recommander.

En general una muy buena experiencia, el lugar muy lindo, la atención excelente y de la comida ni se diga! todo delicioso en verdad! Muy recomendable, espero que si se hace muy popular, no pierda calidad.

El único pero, el estacionamiento (Valet Parking) tuvimos que esperar 15 minutos por el carro y éramos los únicos esperando

Beautiful location in a courtyard In a hotel near the cathedral in Centro Historico. The service was attentive and excellent. The appetizers and dinner were exceptional. We had the fish and octopus. The chocolate tamale was a great dessert. Highly recommended.

Caracol de Mar was absolutely amazing. The servers were very attentive and gave good recommendations. Our waiter was very funny and nice. The food was cooked perfectly and seasoned very well! A must have in CDMX

El lugar es pequeño pero con un toque muy acogedor, la comida es realmente deliciosa con porciones de buen tamaño, el servicio excelente, todo muy limpio y bonito. Me encantó sin duda regresaría.

Excellent evening. Very well looked after by the dining staff. Food was beyond excellent. Great space and needed. For that part of town. From there we went to the Folkloric Ballet, so could not have been a more memorable evening! Thank you!

If you are in the Centro Historica this is the only place to go Make a lunch reservation around 2p and sit back and enjoy. The clams were probably the best I have ever had! Go here !

we LOVED our dinner here! the food was delicious, well curated, and tons of great options to choose from. the cocktails paired perfectly, and the staff gave us lots of good recommendations on what to have. it has many of the same items as Contramar and is just as yummy in my humble opinion, but in a quieter, cozier, more romantic atmosphere!

Ciertos platillos son muy buenos, otros son sólo buenos. El atún de las tostadas no está fresco, se ve en el color y en la textura. También el callo de hacha no es tan fresco. Es muy positivo que los alimentos especifiquen el peso y/o ración del platillo. En cuanto al servicio, los meseros son muy atentos y el nivel de sonido es adecuado pero se descuidan detalles como el que los menús están arrugados y se ven desgastados.

Two of us split the eggplant tamal, tuna tostada, octopus, and catch of the day. Everything was delicious and we left feeling pretty full. One of the best restaurants I've been to and definitely would return.

Very good food. Shrimp aguachile was surprisingly good. We also had a grilled whole tuna collar basted with morita chile teriyaki sauce that was incredible.

Went there after reading reviews & it was close to hotel. We were very disappointed. We ordered romanasco but we got broccolini instead. We were not informed romanesco was not available. Ordered the wagyu steak which had a lot of tendons. Asked for steak knife but they don’t have any!! The waiter brought a knife from the kitchen & cut it up for us. The sauce & vegetable were very salty. I ordered the 2 flavors fish. First I was told there are only very large fish (double the size of what’s on the menu) but later, they were able to prepare the dish with half of the fish. The herb side tasted good but the chili side was too salty. I don’t mind paying higher prices if the food was good but it was an expensive, unimpressive meal.
