Nothing warms your body and soul like a soothing cup of tea when the cold weather washes over Cape Cod. There’s never been a convenient place for cozy gatherings like this in our area before, but now there is! We’re thrilled to re-open the Captain Farris House Tea Room for the Fall/Winter 2023/2024 season and invite you, your friends, family, or someone special to join us. It’s the perfect place to unwind. Join us for a truly enchanting experience! The Tea Room is open Thursdays to Sundays from November 10th through May 12th, 2024. Seating is available at 11am - 1pm and from 2pm - 4pm. Reservations are required. Gluten-free/vegetarian options are available for an additional charge. Please inform us of any food allergies when you make your reservations.

Lovely afternoon tea! The sandwiches and sweets were spectacular! The Devonshire cream and scones taste just like they do in the UK. The owners and staff were so friendly and caring. We absolutely loved it there!

Quaint Inn offering afternoon tea. Intimate casual setting with a delicious afternoon tea menu. Highly recommend!

Very enjoyable experience, room is a great setting for a private conversation, service was excellent. The only room for improvement is the amount of food or a lower price. Overall very happy with the afternoon.

The tea sandwiches were fresh, tasty and the scones were warm. Overall very delicious! Beautiful house and setting to have tea. Pleasant jazzy music quietly playing while we had a lovely afternoon.

Enjoyed a relaxing afternoon tea at Captain Farris House. Presentation was spot on and food delicious. I needed special accommodation due to a knee injury and they provided me with a way to access the tearoom with minimal effort. The staff was attentive and very pleasant. What a special addition to Cape Cod. Will definitely revisit when they reopen in the spring and will let my friends know about this gem.

The Inn was beautiful and the staff was lovely. I took my mother for a mother's day weekend tea and we had the best time. The tea and food was delicious. We got so much that we had to take some home for a late night snack! The price was very reasonable compared to similar tea rooms in the Boston area that I considered. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

My 9-year-old daughter’s wish for our April vacation was a tea party with Earl Grey tea, fancy tiered plates filled with scrumptious tea sandwiches, scones and tasty pastries. We also needed a place that our 14-year-old son would feel comfortable. And we needed a vegetarian and vegan friendly menu. I thought that was a tall order, but the wonderful, accommodating and friendly staff at the beautiful Captain Farris Tea House exceeded all our hopes. We all enjoyed the thoughtfully prepared food, the lovely room and the tea/hot chocolate. It was truly a highlight in our week-long Cape trip. The staff even recommended a vegan restaurant in Brewster (Fare and Just Kitchen). My daughter felt like they treated her not like a little kid, which she appreciated and we all walked away with a wonderful moment to remember. So grateful for the lovely people at the Captain Farris Tea House❤️
