Best lasagna!!! This was one of the best veggie lasagnas I’ve ever had, bravo to the chef! The food was great overall and it’s a really charming restaurant. Can’t wait to go back.

We are regulars at this fine establishment. My wife and I share an appetizer; a soup (always different & always excellent), an entree and finish with a dessert. Inside, has plants, flowers and even a beautiful tree. Outside is reminiscent of a European cafe. The staff is attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable about their cuisine. The chef is amazing as are each and every selection.

Food was amazing, service was great very prompt with sides and the modelo the waitress made was the best I’ve had. Pricey cocktails but none the less very good.

Best wagyu hamburger ever. Wowsa! Loaded with amazing onions, melted cheese and cooked to perfection. Waiter was excellent and the restaurant is intimate and lovely. A 37-year institution in the city of Redlands and worthy of its excellent reputation. Highly recommended! Parking is easy across the street.

Not feeling welcome, our waiter never introduced himself or asked if we were visitors or livingi n the area. We met halfway with relatives for a birthday lunch and even though we had plenty of chatting between us it was a business transaction. They way you get treated and welcomed to a place, makes you want to come back to a family atmosphere.

The ahi tuna tartare was exactly how it is always! wonderful. because we can not bear to share it, we each get our own. This time for our anniversary we "splurged" on the filet mignon carpaccio as well, which was delicious, but still incomparable to our tuna. The dessert, the Lemon Meyer Creme Brulé and the cappuccino, saved us, as the Brule was perfectly refined and a lovely dessert to split. The chocolate lava cake was FORTUNATLY not available as I would have done terrible terrible things. All in all it was a delightful meal, most deserving of our 40th anniversary celebration.

Caprice is a very reliable restaurant that has become our number one go-to in Redlands! The food is terrific, and I noticed that after we dine there, I always feel well. There is no compromise in the nutrition received! We did have a problem on this particular visit with one item, but our server rectified it immediately and took very good care of us. We will definitely be back.

I had an incredible experience. The food was absolutely delicious, each dish bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. The server was attentive and always made sure we were taken care of, which added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. The drinks were also fantastic and complemented the meal perfectly. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

It’s a really beautiful restaurant and the food is amazing. However, we had a 12:15 reservation, they lost the ticket in back for our food, and then we weren’t served our lunch until after 1:25. My daughter missed her class at school and they were apologetic, but they didn’t comp us the lunch. I paid half which I think was unreasonable under the circumstances.

It the place to go for a nice meal and if you want to be able to talk to your friends without yelling. 😅. Service is really good people are friendly and the food is top notch. Try the quinoa salad or the lamb chops 😋

Food was delicious, our waiter, Dom, was just as sweet as he could be. When we were first seated at our patio table, it was cold and windy because of a gap in the plastic cover over the windows. They very kindly reseated us. Food is always good here. My husband had the flat iron steak. He said it was delicious.

Caprice is our favorite restaurant for family celebrations. We can always expect gracious servers, a nice outdoor environment no matter the weather and excellent food. Especially love the shell pasta salad and apple tart.

We had a lovely Saturday lunch on the patio at Caprice. We love their French Onion Soup and have it whenever possible. I like the Shell Pasta Salad, while my wife almost always the Proscuitto Crostini. Service was prompt and attentive. An enjoyable time was had by all...

Granddaughter ordered the pasta and meatballs. She disliked the pasta do we all tried it, very expensive but the way, and it was not cooked. Terrible taste also.

Great place to eat! We happened on this place one time while we were trying to figure out where to eat in Downtown Redlands. I love the Tomato Tarte Tartin and I alway check out the daily soup. It's usually a pureed vegetable soup. Lovely.

I loved the food, the service, and the ambience at Caprice restaurant. This was my second visit to Caprice, and both times I was not disappointed. The second time we went, we were celebrating a birthday. We ordered a dessert and our server put a candle in it for us.
