    Nice ambiance. Food was okay. Could tell our server and manager/owner were annoyed we had our kids there. Wish they would have told us that it wasn’t a kid friendly restaurant when we made the reservation.

    The server and food were good but the hostess was trying to sit us by a pole terrible table and hardly anyone was in the main dining room. They could have put us in front of that bad table Instead they told us we had to ho to the patio, again the dining room was not even partially full. A lot were sitting outside that is why I did not rate better

    The food and the service were perfect. I travel from Pittsburgh and have my customers meet me for lunch and dinner at Capri. Never disappointed

    This restaurant is always amazing . The food is excellent The atmosphere welcoming one of my favorite spots.

    We had 8pm reservations on Mother’s Day and even that late in the evening, the service was still exceptional as always. The appetizer special - Langostinos with risotto- was phenomenal! I would order it as an entree if available. We also ordered Bruschetta and a Caprese salad. Then for our entrees we ordered the Rigo Roenick, Gnocchi with marinara, Pasta and Peas, Stephane Waite and Mr Merlo Pasta. All were absolutely delicious.

    Our server Louis was great, along with every one else that was assisting. Polite, friendly and patient. The food, as usual, was delicious.

    Food was fantastic, service was way better than expected!!!! A great waiter who was very accommodating and a great staff up front. Overall exceeded my expectations and can't wait to return.

    Always exceeds expectations, but too congested between tables , trying to get to men’s room was almost impossible but wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. Will be back 100%

    Pros: food is always delicious here and ambience is very nice. Some tables a bit too close together but ok for the time we were there (lunch). Wine was good; had a Chianti. Hostess was polite and friendly. Cons: Hurried service, never checked to see if our food/drinks were good. Never asked to refill sodas; emptied wine bottle and removed wine bottle after pouring rather quickly into our glasses. I didn’t even get to take a second look at the bottle. Wait staff removed plates while we were still finishing up eating. They removed drink cups and glasses just as quickly. We’ve been here many, many times and this was such a rude and hurried meal! There are many other Capris around for me to come back again; which is too bad as we liked the food and ambience at Burr Ridge. Wondering if there is new management? And a time limit? If so, we should have been told as we entered. I won’t be recommending this restaurant to anyone anymore. In fact, when we here in October of 2023, we were also at a table which was crowded. We kept getting bumped into and one could hardly get up to use the restroom without bumping into the people at the next table. Not an enjoyable experience at all!

    Food was great, waiter didnt seem like he wanted to be there lol very somber face the whole time and we had to ask bus boy to refill our tea and soda few times and it wasnt that busy not sure where the waiter was. Other than that good experience.
