The food was fabulous! It was fresh and you could tell it was all made on site. Simple but divine. Our waitress was lovely and super helpful. We absolutely loved our dinner here.

We arrived at Capri as per our reservation at 4:45 pm ,practically most of the restaurant was empty . The host tried their best to move us to the pizza restaurant on the same floor . I don’t know why they would do that . To my amazement , the food was extremely SUBPAR . We ordered the Focaccia bread, Zucchini blossoms and Gambiri ( grilled shrimps with head on) Zucchini blossoms were extremely BLAND , no seasoning , no sauce same with the case with shrimps . No seasoning , ZERO flavor . It seems like they unwillingly threw some shrimp On the grill and threw it on the plate . Then we had the Branzino - again very Bland came in a casserole dish with fish stock , cherry tomatoes and olives . Horrible experience . The cooks have no clue of Italian cooking or nuances of flavors. The saving grace was the service . Our server was really good . But Eatly , big name , not one dish was good , in the name and emotion of of Italy and is a bad food . DO NOT SOEND YOUR MONEY IN THIS RESTAURANT .

It was my first time there and the experience for the quality, I thought it was just mediocre. Service lacked good customer service. The pasta dish was fair. Tough to chew. Would I recommend it to someone else? Not really. I wished it had fulfilled my expectations but sadly it didn’t. The market was good and it was fun to walk through all the isles. They had a wonderful cheese selection and pasta selection. Their veggie isle was also very good along with their pastry counter.

We had a delicious meal. However, some of the staff disappeared mid-way through dinner, and we had some trouble getting the staff's attention for a while. Not a good idea to change shifts during dinner hour. Later in the evening, one of the managers came to the rescue, and the evening was saved.

Service was great, dinner was fine. We each did the pre-fixe two-course menu, no beverages and no dessert. Total was $120. Was not blown away by the meal. And there was some type of corporate gathering happening in the same area. Think 30-40 straight minutes of a guy with a microphone while you're trying to catch up with an old friend. Overall, not my favorite experience. I wouldn't go out of my way to dine here.

Atmosphere is within Eataly's market at the far end if you dine inside or you can do the patio which is likely quieter. The food was very good and a very decent value at lunchtime. The specials at $30 really are a great deal salad was huge and delicious and so was the pasta dish. Servers were very friendly and all was executed nicely.
