We spent some time in Italy so are always looking for a "real Italian" spot, this is it! We ordered 5 different meals, each one was wonderful! I highly recommend!

Caprese Trattoria never fails to disappoint. The service is always outstanding and the food delicious, with the portions pretty decent size. It is our go to place for a special occasion.

We all were impressed. Both my mom and dad claimed it was the best chicken parmigiana they’ve ever had.

The eggplant parmesan and the veal parmesan were both outstanding and authentic. The chianti by the glass was excellent, too.

I love this restaurant. The wine selections are really nice, and the food is amazing! We had wonderful service too. Mozzarella made in house, as is the limoncello.

We have been to Caprese numerous times and the food and service are always great! Delicious desserts and a good variety of amazing dishes. Reasonably priced, too, for the amount of food and the quality you get. One of our favorite places in Longmont!
