Capers on Main serves contemporary American fare with a Southern influence in an open kitchen restaurant. Start the meal off with a serving of hickory-smoked salmon in a dill mayo sauce, Southern style green tomatoes, or the best calamari in the city. Capers offers a diverse menu including mouth watering pastas, Hawaiian ribeye, apricot glazed New Zealand lamb, Mississippi catfish, Herb crusted grouper, Georgia mountain trout, and daily specials.

Capers is a lovely restaurant with delicious food that is reasonably priced. If you’re looking for an excellent restaurant in Kennesaw you’ve found a winner.

Everything tasted good. The only slight negative I could say is the crab and shrimp pasta had very little crab. Service was ok. But there were points where we barely saw our server. Water was wasted on table and the server next to us said she would get our server however she did not come for a while. Seating outside would have been better if there was a screen it was a little windy. Overall a very good experience just a few minor things.

Linda was a great server today. The hostess indicated they were down a few servers but you would not have noticed today. It made up for the fact that the salmon and chicken were both a little dry, which is unusual. The tomato basil soup and fried green tomatoes were perfect.

The service was good. The ambience was good. The food was good too, except for my guest shrimp which were fried too hard. Unfortunately, the spinach was delicious and so was the mashed sweet potatoes.

First rate food that was excellent and nicely prepared. Noise level is beyond excessive. Service staff was excellent. Overall a nice evening.

Everything on the menu is delicious. Capers never disappoints. Our table was ready and our server was cool. Wonderful pre-graduation lunch. It’s always worth the trip and the price :)

Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. It was a busy at lunch hour however, she moved with grace. The food was delicious. The restroom was clean. We had a great birthday celebration. Would have liked to have had the private area as requested,
