La comida estuvo mal? , empezando porque ya no habían varios platillos disponibles, las papas tenían exceso de aceite, el pulpo a las brasas estaba quemado literal hecho carbón, la picaña estaba durísima que ni se podía comer ☹️ definitivamente no regreso

Fui con mi familia para el día de la madre. Somos clientes habituales así que no hizo falta ver el menú. Pedimos lo de siempre, arrachera para dos, hamburguesa para uno y ensalada César para mi esposa y jugo de carne de entrada para dos.Mi jugo de carne vino con un regalo dentro: una etiqueta color naranja esas que se pegan para poner precios. Me lo cambiaron y me trajeron otro. En el preciso momento que nos sirvieron el jugo de carne nos trajeron el plato fuerte, se dieron cuenta del error y lo mandaron de vuelta a la cocina. El tema es que mandaron lo mismo 15 minutos después recalentado y frío y las papas quemadas. La hamburguesa recalentada también. Mis hijos se comieron su hamburguesa y arrachera ya que no quisieron que se las cambie pero yo solicité que me cambiaran el plato. El vino estaba caliente. Media hora tardaron para traer una frapera con hielo. No es posible que pidas agua tónica y siempre esté caliente! A nadie se le ocurre ponerlas al frío? Hay gente que no quiere hielo! Mi hijo menor pidió una segunda hamburguesa y como no escuchan también vino mal. Si te pido pan, carne y queso no hay más que hablar. La trajeron con tocino picado y frío y además de la hamburguesa normal se les coló una mini burguer en el pan. Por último, siempre reservo antes de ir, ayer no fue la excepción. Me quisieron dar una mesa justo en la entrada donde pasaba todo el mundo y que era sumamente incómoda. Pido el cambio y una de las recepcionistas en un principio se negó ya que dice que todo estaba reservado. O sea mi reserva no vale de nada? Está claro que no les importa que seamos clientes. Como somos extranjeros creen que estamos de paso y somos turistas. No es así, entonces no entiendo el pésimo servicio brindado. Ni siquiera fueron capaces de una cortesía. Solo se limitan a pedir disculpas. Está claro que no pienso volver. Y no es excusa que estaban presionados porque era el día de la madre. La verdad nunca me sentí tan maltratado en un lugar. Saludos

Es un restaurante muy rico, con muy buen servicio. Todo está rico y el lugar y la vista que tiene hacia la laguna, es increíble.

Fer out waiter was great we wanted the quesa birria and she let us know there’s been return orders for it and offered us a Costilla en su juego & it’s was perfect feed 3 of us. The music was great some Karol G & Kulichis was played. & the view was top tier. Everyone in the restaurant was welcoming & not only our waiter asked if we needed anything the others did too.

We had an amazing time here. Our table over looked the marina, the energy was high! We had several appetizers and tried the Tomahawk Rib Eye which was incredible! One of the best dinners we have had in Cancun!

Tv and DJ music videos on outside dining was too loud. Good for a bachelor or wedding party but ambiance destroyed the good food and service.

En general todo muy bueno, el servicio muy bien, la comida muy rica. Una crítica; pedí camarones con papas bravas. Los camarones muy ricos pero las papas horribles. El tema es que las papas que venden aqui en Cancún ya sea cambray o la tradicional casi siempre su sabor es dulce, entonces saben feo. La mejor papa es la rusett que es gringa y es buenísima. Quizá sea una alternativa para el plato ya sea en forma de gajo. Otra cosa, de bravas no tenían nada, los que estaban bravos era los camarones.

Excelente lugar, estoy más que satisfecho con la experiencia. La comida deliciosa, el lugar hermoso, la atención y amabilidad de parte de Juan y Cristian fue increíble. Fui con mi esposa y mi mascota Sky (pomeriana) e hicieron una tarde especial y única. Recomendado absolutamente. Gracias por la grandiosa experiencia.

No hubieron problemas con la reservación, realicé una para 12 personas un día antes. El servicio fue muy bueno, no hubo ningún problema. La comida excelente y el ambiente con buena música.

The free chips and salsas were nice and the guacamole appetizer was good and my wife enjoyed the cheese empanadas. But I had the shrimp tacos and they were were not good at all, should have came with some rice or beans and was not worth the money!

Resumen: CAO es una pésima experiencia, pero los fuegos artificiales en Puerto Cancun son imperdibles, el próximo año buscaremos otro restaurante para disfrutarlos. Contratamos el servicio de cena de Año Nuevo para 5 personas, pagando $3,200.00 por cada uno. Al llegar alguien de nuestro grupo indicó que era alérgica al champiñón y también cuando se acercó el mesero a pedirnos nuestras opciones del menú para cada quien. El primer platillo que trajeron a la mesa era un plato de entradas como empanadas, panuchos y tlayudas, pero venían fríos y la textura de los platillos de maíz a temperatura ambiente se vuelve chiclosa y difícil de masticar. El primer tiempo del menú estuvo bien. El plato fuerte fue donde hubo más problemas: nuestra reservación fue a las 9 para cenar antes de media noche, a las 11:30 llevábamos aproximadamente una hora desde que llegó el primer tiempo y los meseros dejaron de atender. Hablamos con el gerente y nos comentó que tenían problemas en cocina, llegó el Año Nuevo, vimos los fuegos artificiales y regresamos a la mesa, todavía tardaron media hora en servirnos y el platillo de la persona que es alérgica a los champiñones venía con CHAMPIÑONES. Entre nosotros decidimos cambiar porque no queríamos esperar otra hora y media a que se lo cambiaran. En el proceso llegó un trago que había pedido desde las 11:00. Los fuegos artificiales en Puerto Cancún son una hermosa postal, pero el precio que cobró CAO por verlos no estaba justificado en su pésima atención y mala calidad de los alimentos. Si quieren ver este espectáculo hay muchos otros restaurantes donde la experiencia se verá potenciada por la calidad de sus alimentos y su servicio.

Pésimo servicio. Nos mojamos todo el tiempo porque no servía la cortina y no la arreglaban. 30 min en cambiarnos de mesa y el servicio le di una estrella porque no me da la opción de poner CERO. Pedir 6 veces una salsa, llamar al gerente 4 veces para pedir que nos atiendan y ni asi. Cena de 4 el día 29 y comida de 12 el día 30. Me esperé al 30 para enviar la reseña esperando que mejorara y el servicio otra vez fue MALO y brillaba por su ausencia. Tiene demanda porque la plaza está llena pero la comida es de normal a mala y el servicio es PÉSIMO. No regreso jamás

We stayed at the R hotel so it was walking distance. Overall me and my friends enjoy ourselves. Had fun celebrating my friend birthday . And the hosts were amazing !

Staff and management were amazing. Extremely attentive and very warm and welcoming. The food was great and the views while sitting outside were perfect.
